We had the most amazing customer service at this location! Michelle was working when we arrived. Every room in the hotel was booked that night so she had to repeatedly turn people away. Some took it better than others. She handled everything that came at her with a smile on her face and still went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Quite an amazing asset to your company!

Spent one night here and we were impressed with the super friendly staff. This hotel is undergoing renovations in the breakfast room area. Susan, the breakfast host, takes great pride in her presentation of breakfast foods and maintains a perfectly clean environment. Impressed with this staff who seemed to love their jobs. Upper management take note that someone here is doing something very, very right. There are newer hotels out there but not a nicer staff.

Everything was great. Check in lady was awesome ,Quiet, very cofortable beds, clean, bereakfast was awesome, alot to choose from. Rating was above excellent.
