"Carpet was damp upon arrival to our room. Towels were out in room, not in the bathroom where needed. Bed was uncomfortable. Breakfast was terrible. Will not stay here again. Very disappointed."

"The room amenities were nice, but the coffee machine didn't hold water in a paper cup, and there was a leak near the side. During check-in, the friendly staff member on duty gave me a higher price than what I'd seen online. After booking online, I checked in, but the staff member said they hadn't received my reservation and would wait an hour. I reported this to the booking agent, who said I'd booked through an agent and told me to wait and see. I asked the staff member if I could connect to the WiFi, but they said it wasn't available at Chicki. Fortunately, my customer service representative responded quickly, resolving the issue within 20 minutes. However, during check-in, the staff member, knowing I was a foreigner with limited English, continued to speak at a breakneck pace with a blank expression, a first for me on my trip to the US. However, the other staff members were very friendly at breakfast and check-out the next morning."
