我是三點退房，1點半前台打電話問我退房嗎，我説我到三點，兩點保潔又來敲門，問我退房嗎，真服了，寫着免費用的東西很多，房間都不放。
大廳好多脱了鞋坐着的人，也沒人管，臭死了
退了房，按金沒退，第二天自己打電話要的，要是顧客不打電話，這錢就酒店不給了？
