Welcoming staff.
We vacationed with our family and our four-legged friend.
2.5 hours of SPA on Friday and 1.5 hours on Saturday.
Tasty breakfast.
Visiting the hotel in January with the whole family has already become our good tradition. 👍

Nice hotel, in a very good location (near main street with restaurants and shops; few minutes to the sea) Good SPA. Middle range breakfast. Pool area and saunas are very good, but on weekends has million of visitors and really too small for such quantity of people. But it is fine another time (not weekend) Standard rooms are simple. Strange - but doesn't have no tea/coffee, no fridge or daily cleaning. Overall - it is strong 3 stars hotel. good for 2-3 days to relax.

The Spa was crowded with people that I didn’t like, but the options are a lot. The breakfast was great but the dinner at the restaurant was not great. We were served a burger (delicious meat and onions), but the bun itself was very hard. Average cocktails. The hotel room was nice with necessities, except tea. The stay overall was great, good location to explore the Jurmala city.

Visited Jurmala SPA several years ago and many things has changed a little bit. For example, information about parking and area tax was unclear. Earlier it was possible to park in the front of hotel. The first day I was told that there is no parking at all (by hotel). Next day they said that yes there is (for separate cost, not available for all customers but many places anyway). ii is possible that I visit there again, because the place if very good anyway.

Good placement in a good area. Cozy small town close to the beach. The staff is great. The night staff offer to fix a takeaway breakfast the day I had to leave before breakfast opened. I was impressed by the service.

Hello .Service was really nice and helpful, spa was really good , I had really nice and relaxing day off . Beautiful view was from the window from 8th floor, rooms where cute and clean . Definitely will visit again!

The hotel was okay. The rooms were quite dated and there were obvious signs of poor construction quality. For example one bedside lamp in our room was mounted upside down. The room was also always uncomfortably hot because the air conditioning turns off when we are away. Mind you that it was 6 degrees outside during our stay. We also booked a romantic couples dinner at the restaurant which was all in all quite good. The staff were great and the food was amazing up until the desert where I was served a completely molded out raspberry which kinda ruined the whole experience for me. The breakfast was alright but I wish there were more savory options to choose from.

Service, meal and comfort are on a very good level. SPA facilities meet the expectations with versatile options of hot bath and pool temperature.I would advise for more convenience for active people to open the pool earlier in the morning, at 7 a.m. would be perfect! And breakfast period even on working days prolong up to 10.30 a.m.
