"The hotel looks nice in outside. Rooms are small but its ok it can be small but nice. In this case furniture was broken and old, soft bad always moved, The 2 rooms where on the sunny side on 7 floor the room was a dust box. we could not wait everyday to get out of it. The room stuff did not clean them well. The breakfast was nice nothing to say about that. May be we stayed 20 days and that is to long for this hotel. The front desk people where not nice, In this huge hotel no business center! They would ask you to pay to print something out. The hotel is very dirty and has old feel of it.It was worst 29 days stay at Yurmala. Latvia felt like Ukraine they had flags of Ukraine everywhere building busses inside hotels it was discussing."

"This wonderful small hotel surprised us a lot. We had relaxed stay in this newly opened hotel. Well equipped large rooms, comfortable bed, high quality furniture and textiles. Friendly and professional personnel and tasty breakfasts. They have even their own parking lot. We stayed for one night, but definitely suitable for longer stays and beach vacations. On the top of hotel they have rooftop terrace."

"I was really disappointed with this hotel considering the reviews were so good. We felt very unwelcome. I had booked the design apartment but was told I had booked a different room but could have the design apartment (it was confusing!) but that didn’t really match the picture advertised. The room wasn’t particularly comfortable , just awkward with the low ceilings and not really much space to relax. No sofa as pictured. The bathroom had no toiletries and there was a bath with a shower attachment but you couldn’t stand under the shower. The design is over the top and kitsch. The room wasn’t cleaned after night one. But for me the worst was that we had breakfast included. We had to choose this the day before. When we came to breakfast we were the only people there , the landlady (I assume?) brought us our order , gave us a coffee, then disappeared. We had no offer of a second coffee. On the table there was some nicely presented fruit and a croissant each and a piece of rye bread. The first day I had ordered eggs and bacon and they came with nothing else (no toast/bread). The second day I ordered the cheese and ham sandwich and it was delicious but my coffee had run out. I managed to catch her for a second coffee which she brought, but only for me and not my partner. I would not recommend this or stay again due to not being made feel welcome. However the location was great."

"The hotel itself is charming and the location is great. That`s probably all it has. Possibly it would be enough but it gets destroyed by attitude and extra charges. I am not sure if the staff in there actually know the meaning of the "customer service". Anything you ask the answer is not accurate and very laid back. They are called SPA hotel BUT NO SOAP and towels in spa area. We have paid extra almost 100 euro on top of over 250 euro stay for one hour of spa. Half of the equipment not working properly, swimming pool had way too strong smell of chlorine. Almost like instead of properly cleaning just throwing extra cleaning liquid. No-one ever mention that dressing gowns and towels are not included considering that you have to go to another building. We had to figure out it ourselves on the bad experience. Now if you are planning to have a dinner and pay over the average price be ready to pay extra 8 euro for the entrance to "nothing-special" restaurant. Yes that's right on top of the money that you have already paid to stay in the hotel. After all this get ready for not well cooked meal and waiting ...and waiting to be served."
