服務非常貼心，尤其是客服吳美玉女士：每天分享周邊遊玩內容，詢問居住遇到的問題，立刻幫我們解決，非常感謝。 環境：動物園的熊貓，孩子非常喜歡，還有小火車孩子也非常喜歡，下次準備還帶孩子來玩

非常棒的一個酒店，服務也非常到位。還送了豐盛的水果。每天管家會在羣裏告知動物園各項活動的時間點。適合家人孩子來度假。

服務還是不錯的，沒有浴缸和泳池，泡池時間也不友好，21點至13點半停止温泉。

這次旅行還是挺滿意的，我們是週日早上一早出發的，管家小紫提前聯繫到我們溝通入住事宜，告知我們遊玩的時間和酒店的就餐時間，酒店的入住時間是15點，但是我們寶寶中午1點的樣子要睡午覺，就和管家小紫説了能不能提前入住，小紫就積極溝通，我們10點就拿到了房間，整個酒店的服務態度都特別的好，遊玩的也很開心。

房間打掃很乾凈，複式非常適合大家庭出行，其樂融融，窗外就是草坪羊駝和孔雀，還能看到獅子老虎。長者泡温泉，小孩逛動物園，愉快的週末！ 服務也非常周到，有求必應！一早出發就接到管家小紫（李紅雲）的温馨電話，加了微信，隨時提供諮詢和服務，下午還送來水果，非常棒，感謝！

The room was very clean. My husband slept on the first floor, and my two babies and I slept upstairs. We couldn't hear his snoring. The service provided by the housekeeper Li Hongyun was simply top-notch. From before we went to the time we left, she was always actively contacting us. If we had any problems, we would find her and she would solve them as soon as possible. I have stayed in many hotels, and this one is proportional to the price and service. I have the impression that there is no hotel with better service than this one. The staff in the zoo were very gentle, and I touched the little tiger and the little monkey. Almost all the animals in this zoo can be touched up close, except for the beasts. The road around the lake outside the hotel is so pleasant. I regret not staying for two nights. I will go again if I have the chance!
