I am very satisfied with Jixiang's service and the environment is good. However, you need to call in advance to check the time of the shuttle bus from Kaga Station to the hotel. It is usually half an hour after the express bus.

The best room in the hotel we stayed in was that it couldn't be by the window this time because of the flying insect problem. The hotel is a traditional hot spring hotel, and there was still no one in the town. It was quiet and clean. Unfortunately, the red leaves have just begun. It’s a magical day to eat, drink, and have soup every day. There is a shuttle bus from the hotel to the station

The room is very clean, tempura and vegetables are included, private soup can also be reserved. It's too late and there is no car to pick you up at the JR station. You need to pay attention to the hotel shuttle bus pick-up time.

The bathtub in the ceramic bathtub room is not hot spring water, just a ceramic bathtub. However, you can reserve the private soup on the 1st floor, there are 3 rooms, and you can eat tempura if you can't eat kaiseki for dinner. For breakfast, you can choose European style, and the iron plate is very high-end. There are also puddings and muffins for free at every time, coffee and tea are always free, and the coffee beans in the room have to be ground by yourself. The price is expensive but the facilities are not worth the price, but the service is 100 points! There is also a shuttle bus that picks up from Kaga Onsen Station.

We stayed as 3 couples with 2 children in the room. We booked three rooms and we had a great stay at the hotel. The hotel onsen was really good, separated into mens & women - it's swapped over each day so you can experience both. There are also several private onsen that you can book as couples. The breakfast teppanyaki was stunning, several courses and quite a lot of food. The location in the town was really good and you can easily walk around the local area. I recommend driving to the pedestrian suspension bridge over a dam nearby (about 10 mins drive) as it is quite breathtaking to walk across this.

Kissho Yamanaka is located in Yamanaka onsen town, a 20 minute drive from the Kaga train station. This ryokan (resort) offers a convenient free shuttle to and from the station, but be sure to book a pickup and drop-off time. The amenities this ryokan offers are almost endless and the relaxing environment makes you want to stay here forever. The is afternoon pancake, large hot spring bath, 3 private hot springs which can be reserved for 50 minutes, happy hour, nightly Kaga pudding dessert, and classic Japanese entertainment keeps your mind away from any stresses you might have. The resort is located near beautiful stream and lush forest. A Kaiseki (classic course) dinner is offered as part of the package. Kissho Yamanaka is a perfect place to stop by for a night or two if you're en route from the rich traditional cities of Kyoto to Kanazawa.

Clean, new and tidy

We booked 2 rooms for 4 adults and a 2 year old boy. Great location, great view, great onsen, and great food. Traditional Japanese dinner with unlimited sake/beer/drinks was included in the room price. Highly recommended!

Excellent !

There was an earthquake early in the New Year, but the affected area was limited to the Noto region, and I was able to go to Yamanaka Onsen in southern Ishikawa Prefecture without any problems. It was my first time staying at this inn for 2 nights and I was very satisfied. The food at Kaga Ryotei Chihiro was good, but they had teppanyaki, which is rare for Japanese inns, and I preferred that one. I was so excited to eat crab, foie gras, and my favorite ingredients grilled on an iron plate. Since I stayed there for several nights, I was able to enjoy pancakes for afternoon tea, and the service was perfect. We also enjoyed the Yamanakabushi performance after dinner. It was a very welcoming inn.
