非常不錯，服務也好

我訂了一晚四套房間，沒想到在綱上已付款的四套房間全數，竟然到了酒店後，酒店要求我再付四套房間的全數款項，但酒店服務員英文水平很差，在言語不通下擾攘了一小時，後來才知道在綱上付的款項原來是訂金。天呀！這麼簡單的事情，衹要酒店服務員清楚告訴我，你們在綱上付的款項全是訂金便可以，為什麼説我們沒有付款呢？這一天我已經遲了到酒店，這樣又再阻延我一小時，我們已沒有時間享用酒店的設施了。希望日後平台和酒店溝通好一些，避免再有這情況出現，這次真的為我帶來很不方便。除此酒店整體都很不錯。

酒店空間非常大，非常適合來這裏度假，要溫泉10分舒服，可以好好放鬆一整天的疲勞，特別喜愛晚餐的火鍋。

お風呂が広くて気持ち良い。温泉は良く温まり、出た後何時間も足がホカホカしていて、泉質の良さを感じた。 朝食バイキングも種類が豊富で美味しかった。

プレミアムタイプになってからどう変わったのか気になり宿泊 食事に関してはお寿司と自分の席での焼肉にプラスしてバイキングが付いてくるすたみな太郎みたいな感じでした お寿司はシャリに赤酢を使用しておりネタもよくはないですが以前の湯快リゾートに比べたら良くはなってます 焼肉のお肉に関しては正直あまりよくはなく油だらけだったり、固くて噛みきれなかったりと残念でした お寿司と焼肉をメインに謳っているからか他のバイキングのメニュー数が少ないのも残念でした プレミアムタイプでも値段が1番安いところのレベルは前の湯快リゾートとそんなに変わっていないのであまり期待するのは禁物です 食事以外の温泉だったり施設に関しては年季は感じますが綺麗にされていてとてもよかったです スタッフの方の対応もとてもよかったです 次は同じ湯快リゾートの山中温泉でも少し値段が高いよしのやさんのほうへ泊まってみて同じプレミアムタイプでもどう違うのか体験してみたいと思います

Well, they're all similar. While you're still feeling well, going to a hot spring in the winter is a different experience than having to drive your own car on snowy roads or staying indoors. I don't know what the predecessor of Yamanaka Grand Hotel was like, but it seems like it was a little different. This time I was assigned a room in an annex, but I didn't know there was such an annex. Yamanaka Onsen is a hot spring town that opens along the Daishoji River, and National Route 364 also runs north and south, but the building on the west side across the national highway is an annex, and it is connected by an underground passage. Come to think of it, there's also a summer pool in the back. In other words, it's on the property across from the national highway. It's been a long time since I've had a soak in the Kiku-no-Yu at Yamanaka Onsen, and I thought it would be a good time to take a stroll around town and stop by the library.If I took a local bus from the bus stop just north of the Grand Hotel, I would be back before noon, in time for the direct bus home. If you are going to Kayano at 8:00 or 9:00 instead of the bus terminal, wouldn't you stop at Kiku-no-Yu? I also made plans. The bus stop next to the hotel (north intersection) is Hokutetsu Kaga Bus ``Midorigaoka''. I'm not sure, but apparently the bus stop is also called ``Medical Center Mae'' or ``Kaga Nukumori Clinic Mae.'' If you are using Canvas or other companies on the east side of Saka****a, the nearest bus stop is Katsuragicho. It snowed steadily all night. It wasn't as heavy as the previous heavy snowfall, but I couldn't walk on the sidewalks anymore, so I rented rain boots, but when I tried on the deepest boots early in the morning and went outside, my knees were already buried. It's very difficult to walk now. After breakfast, I looked around the hotel entrance and saw a car that seemed to be stuck on the slope of the hotel parking lot. Shortly after that, snow removal began. Once you get to the national highway, you can drive even early in the morning with a fair amount of traffic. But I can't get out. After that, the hotel's snow plows started working, and it was around noon when the parking lot calmed down as people went to work and left. I decided to try the remaining city library, Kakusenkyo and Kiku-no-Yu in winter again at a later date. ``Hanasai Choraku'' is not possible, but ``Iienen'' accommodation is available. It's nice to be able to take direct flights easily.

The state of cleaning was not good, but it was tolerable. It is an old building, It's okay because the price is reasonable. It's better to get rid of the dust behind the furniture and spider webs in the corners of the ceiling. Customer service was very good. The food was delicious.

Bathing and eating were a three-part system. The bath was large, so I was able to relax. Meals are buffet style, so if you arrive a little later than the designated time, you can avoid lining up to get your food (there are plenty of seats and plenty of food replenishment). This time, my child's request was for a buffet, so I didn't ask for any services at the inn from the beginning, so I was satisfied overall.

The cleaning was thorough, the staff was very responsive, and I had a very comfortable stay. I would like to use it again.
