Very nice Japanese hot spring hotel. The surrounding scenery is also quite good. The outdoor scenery of the hotel's public hot spring pool is so beautiful. The hotel provides transportation to and from the station which is very convenient, but remember to make a reservation in advance.

Normally, white rice at a travel destination is delicious, but is white rice old rice? It was as bad as I thought. I thought the white rice in the morning was leftovers from last night. The food tasted good, but it didn't seem like they used high quality ingredients. The hotel was beautiful. bath was good I think everything was good except rice

The first place we stayed when Nakai-san was there. We were too young at the time, so it was a high-end hotel that made us very nervous. Even though it has been replaced by Yukai Resort, the building still has a luxurious feel, and the open-air bath for women has been renovated and the open-air bath for women has become larger, making it a very nice facility called Totonou. The reception staff were very responsive, and the staff at the buffet venue were also very attentive. Of course, the hot springs are my partner's favorite, Yamanaka Onsen. It's smooth and smooth and very satisfying. There were also drinks, coffee, and ice cream available on the 7th floor. I really wanted to give it a perfect score, but the lady at the store was so kind to me. Conversation between an elderly couple and a store clerk Couple: ``Can I send you this? ” Clerk: “No,” Couple: “Do you have a courier service?” ” Clerk: “I haven’t.” What do you all think about this conversation? Normally, even a casual way of saying, ``I'm sorry, I can't do it'' is better than not being able to do it. Is it okay to be careful? The lady looked like she was going to say that, so I stopped. So 2 stars. If you don't use the shop, it's perfect. We decided to buy souvenirs at the roadside station instead. However, I like this hotel and will come back again. Please be sure to include it in your travel plans.

I used it every year with my dog. The front desk seemed dark, and I wish they would have been more cheerful and smiling. Although she was a young woman, she responded while listening to the man next to her. This time's dinner was kaiseki style and not buffet style, so I was able to enjoy it in peace. I couldn't bring my dog with me, so I felt a little sorry for her. In the room, all the tatami mats had been replaced with cushioned floors, and I thought this was in case the dog got dirty, but I guess it was sad that there were no tatami mats at all. I think a dedicated Wanwan resort would have been better. One thing that surprised me was that although there were 4 of us staying there, they only had separate beds for 2 people. The small room had 2 folding beds, so I wondered if I would have to prepare them myself during meals. I wondered if they would prepare it for me, but when I returned from dinner, it was still there, so I didn't have the trouble of calling the front desk, so I took out the futon from the closet and prepared a folding bed and futon myself. . If that's the case, I wish they would have at least explained at check-in that they should prepare it themselves. Or maybe it was a mistake on the part of the person in charge...this was the first time something like this had happened to me. The dinner venue was very nice with tatami mats and tables. I had a room on the first floor, so it was a little difficult to get to the elevator.

Consecutive nights. I had a great time in the hot springs. Direct round trip bus from Yukai Resort Shin-Osaka. I used a free coupon. I was also able to use a coupon for 1,000 yen off per person for one night stay at the same resort.

At Yukai Resort, ``Kaiseki'' is either Okayama or ``Saiki Annex'' and here. Immediately to the south is Hana Saichoraku, an affiliated restaurant exclusively for female customers. The system is a little different from other Viking halls. But it actually has a history of 800 years. The front desk along National Route 364 is on the 6th floor, and the hot spring at the bottom is on the ba*****t floor. What kind of hot spring resort/inn would it be without an elevator? The bathing system and resort plan are the same, but it seems that pets are also allowed. Naturally, the meal menus and dining locations are different. Depending on your age, you may find buffet style to be easier than kaiseki style. At least there's no ice cream or sausage. Enjoy the hot springs in the mountains. It just so happens that it snows in the famous Kakusenkei Valley. Go out exploring, being careful not to slip. A feeling of discomfort in an era that makes you notice the details of a long history. However, indoor equipment continues to be adjusted. It's quite interesting.

During dinner, plastic wrap was mixed into the sashimi, and I told the male waitstaff about it, but the response was poor.

On the first day, I was assigned to a room with no air conditioning, and the humidity in the room was strong. There was a chair on the window side, and it was the place where the smell was the worst. I couldn't stand it in the evening, so I called the front desk, and the staff came and checked the condition of the air conditioner in the room, but they couldn't adjust the temperature of the air conditioner, so they brought me a fan. However, the smell of humidity did not change, and the heat in the room became a little cooler at night. When I woke up the next morning, I was still worried about the smell in the room, so I called the front desk again and asked for an air purifier, but I couldn't get rid of the smell. I received a phone call from the front desk out of the blue and asked to change rooms. Around 12:30, they arranged to change the room next door. There was no smell in the room, and there was no problem with the air conditioning, so I was able to spend my last night slowly. Breakfast was the same for two days in a row, so I didn't eat much on the last day. The response of the restaurant staff is also very good. Onsen was good too. The weather was hot and I couldn't relax. If it's not a room like the first day, I'd like to use it again next time.
