Very good, satisfied with the stay

Lack of management. They said they didn't notice, but that's not enough. No matter how much they apologize, I don't trust them. After that, we checked in and booked a private bath for our family. They said they didn't have a private bath for 4 people, so we used the one for 2 people. Since our children are 2 and 4 years old, the tub-shaped bath was dangerous and there was only one washing area, so we regretted using it. I wish they had told me about that. The room was quite normal. The building was old, but it was well-cleaned, and the bedroom had a homely feel reminiscent of my parents' house. The food was excellent. I've been to many hot springs, but this one was the best in terms of taste and quantity. Each dish was made very carefully, and I could feel the thought of the chef. The waitresses were also polite, and I was very happy with their consideration for the children. However, when we finished the meal and left, there was no one there, and I heard a laughter from behind the kitchen curtain, which was a bit disappointing. After finishing the meal and returning to the room, there were children's shoes scattered at the entrance, and I wondered if the futon had been laid out yet, but it had been laid out.
