For me, this is a very good hotel. First of all, the lady at the front desk is very friendly. The two requirements I noted when booking the hotel: clean and quiet were perfectly realized. Because the high-speed train is late, the lady at the front desk also helped me. The late check-out arrangement was particularly good. I took my two daughters on a staycation, and this hotel is very competitively priced compared to Zhengzhou. The pool is decent and the buffet is worth trying. Situated right next to a mall it offers enough to keep busy whilst being a springboard for sightseeing in Kaifeng. It would be good to be a little closer to downtown areas as you would need to rely on taxi services to and from to get anywhere. Still, I would come back again.

I was originally meant to stay at this hotel for just 2 nights before heading to Zhengzhou, but then Henan was hit by flooding. The hotel allowed me to extend my stay and keep the same room. The hotel receptionists were fantastic, answered all my questions and helped me a lot, despite the language barrier. They even helped me get to a nearby hospital when I was injured. They are an absolute credit to the hotel. Thank you. The hotel is in a great location for exploring Kaifeng. All the main tourist sites are within walking distance, and the night market is only a couple of minutes down the road. If I was to visit Kaifeng again I would definitely stay at this hotel.
