"We brought our kids to Kaifeng to visit Qingming Riverside Landscape Garden, and this hotel is really close to the entrance, just a few minutes' walk away. The front desk staff were quite welcoming, and the hotel itself was decent and pretty clean. The only downside is there's no elevator, so if you're traveling with elderly people or a lot of luggage, it's a good idea to call ahead and ask for a room on the ground floor."

They immediately lent us a hairdryer and let us use the laundry room to dry our clothes. Super thoughtful! It's a resort garden with great value for money, highly recommended."

We booked a king room, but one of them was particularly small. We spoke with the front desk, and they helped us upgrade, which was great, kudos to them!"

"To be honest, the photos of the hotel on Trip.com look good, but after getting off the bus, I have to turn a pit road. It coincides with the rainstorm. The whole road is flooded. I took the road. In fact, the interior decoration of the hotel is very new, it is still very good to look at, but I don't understand why Trip.com will be evaluated as a four-diamond hotel, because there is a small swimming pool, it will be a bit misleading when choosing. There is one thing to say, the attitude of the front desk is very good, but I am not satisfied with the hygiene. It is recommended that the details in the room need to be improved. The bathroom is separated from wet and dry, but the toilet may be cleaned up there. There is always a smell of urine. It is recommended to improve the quality of the cleaning work."

It's a newly opened market, and they even gave us a local Kaifeng souvenir. The room was very clean, and overall I was very satisfied. I give the hotel a big thumbs up!"
Boyun Shangyuan Hotel
"Facilities: The rooms are all made of solid wood, so there was a slight smell of wood shavings upon entering, but air purification equipment was provided. Cleanliness: The cleanliness was acceptable. The rooms are small, but there weren't many hard-to-reach corners. Environment: There's a small courtyard at the back, and it's relatively quiet if you stay at the end of the corridor. Regarding soundproofing, I stayed at two hotels in Banmuyuan during this trip and found it wasn't a problem with their renovations, but rather with the building structure. You can definitely hear any noises from upstairs, but Banmuyuan is indeed very close to the East Gate. Service: The front desk staff were very friendly. When I stayed at Qianna, they didn't even make a sound when I entered or left the room. The front desk also provided white fungus and lotus seed soup, red date and ginger tea, and snacks. There was also a small fruit platter in the room. Breakfast wasn't very varied; many villa hotels don't allow cooking, but at least they had some."
