LLay Seng YewI had a wonderful experience at this homestay. The staff were incredibly helpful throughout my stay. They even assisted by bringing my food delivery directly to my doorstep, which was a very thoughtful touch. On my departure day, they also helped arrange transportation to pick up my luggage and send it to the airport, making my travel much easier and stress-free.
The room was clean, the environment was comfortable, and the service truly exceeded expectations. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area!

GGuest UserOur stay at the FunGee Hotel (Gulou Square branch) was the most pleasant surprise of our trip to Kaifeng. The hotel is right in the heart of the ancient city, just a 5-minute walk from the Shudianjie Night Market. If you're driving, there's free parking directly opposite the hotel, and it's a convenient drive to places like Xiangguo Temple and Qingming Riverside Landscape Garden.
The hotel is a trendy design hotel that opened in 2025. The lobby is located on the fourth floor and accessible directly by elevator.
⚠️ The rooms are spacious and bright. Do note that for inner-facing rooms, the 'floor-to-ceiling window' looks out onto a wall and doesn't offer ventilation. The entire room is equipped with smart voice control, high-end toiletries, and a mini-fridge. There's a QR code by the bed for some complimentary items. The mattress and pillows are very comfortable, and the room is quiet.
The lobby offers 24-hour refreshments and drinks. During afternoon tea, there's an unlimited supply of fruits and desserts. Complimentary cocktails are offered every evening, and breakfast is served until 11 AM, with a good variety of tasty options. The front desk staff provided warm and efficient service throughout our stay.

The hotel is fully equipped and very new. The setting in the lobby and guest rooms on the first floor is thoughtful and intimate. The service of the staff is also very good, making people feel at home. Self-driving parking is free. Booked family room, the room is very large and spacious, the decoration is very warm and chic, there are two beds, the bed is very wide is 1.5 meters wide. In short, if you come to Kaifeng again, you will book again.

Whether it is the four front desk staff, housekeeping staff, or maintenance staff, they are all very professional and enthusiastic. The service is very good, and the problems are solved quickly. Finally, let me talk about my feelings about traveling to Kaifeng this time. Kaifeng taxis are regular, food and drink are cheap, and the ticket prices for scenic spots are reasonable. This is the first time I have been moved by the excellent tourism environment and the enthusiasm of the citizens of a city. Kaifeng will definitely be popular.

DDaguoshibaniuI visited Wansuishan Martial Arts City during the Qingming Festival and chose the Mercure Hotel because it's very close by. Although the price was much higher due to the holiday, it was incredibly convenient.
Facilities: The hotel's facilities are considered excellent for Wansuishan. However, there was one particular annoyance: I could hear singing from outside until midnight, and it was quite loud. I later realized it was coming from the Wansuishan scenic area, but the hotel windows didn't have good soundproofing.
Service: The service generally felt good. What particularly impressed me was how delicious the Hu La Tang (spicy soup) was at breakfast, and there were many kinds of Henan specialty staple foods that paired perfectly with it, making for a very satisfying meal.
I would still choose to stay here next time I visit Wansuishan Martial Arts City because the location is fantastic; you can walk to the scenic area entrance in just five minutes.

GGuest UserVery satisfied with my stay at Kyriad Kaifeng! The hygiene was excellent, and the room was clean and bright. The service was enthusiastic, and the hotel's location is fantastic – within walking distance to Longting Park and Qingming Riverside Landscape Garden. The bedding was comfortable, and there was plenty of hot water, which are the things I care about most when I travel!

GGuest UserThe environment here is great, and the sunken bathtub in the room is huge, making for a very relaxing soak. The hotel provides a shuttle bus that drops you off right at the entrance, and it's just a 3-minute walk to the Duanmen Gate of Qingming Riverside Landscape Garden. However, the hotel's service left a lot to be desired. My daughter got sick and needed to go to the hospital urgently, but when I asked the front desk for help, their responses were incredibly cold and unhelpful. They said things like, ”You can search for a hospital yourself,” ”Call a taxi yourself,” and ”We don't know.” While I ended up arranging everything myself, their completely indifferent attitude was really off-putting.

The room was spotless and tidy, and the bedding was so comfortable I didn't want to get out of bed! The view from the window was also incredibly soothing. It's super convenient to get to the museum and the high-speed rail station. The free tea ceremony performance at the Song Culture Experience Hall on the fifth floor was amazing, and the tea-making experience itself was fantastic. The staff there were so professional and gentle. I'll definitely be back!

GGuest UserThe facilities are quite new, and the layout is well-designed. The bed was just the right balance of soft and firm, and breakfast offered a decent variety. Its location is directly opposite the Kaifeng Museum, making it super convenient for a visit there. Kaifeng North Station is also just over 5 kilometers away. The service was excellent; I asked for a half-hour late check-out and was granted until 2 PM, which I really appreciated. The only minor drawback is the lack of businesses nearby. If you don't eat at the hotel, you'll need to go to Wanda Plaza for other dining options, which is about 1.7km away. Oh, and they even gave me a complimentary box of their signature chocolate chip cookies upon check-in, which were delicious!

Hhlp0204My child really enjoyed talking to Xiaodu (the smart assistant). The room itself was comfortable and had a charming, antique feel. There were two types of slippers to choose from, and even special ones for kids that you can pick up at the front desk on the first floor. Plus, the front desk lady was super helpful, giving us detailed directions on how to get around and explore the area.
