VvencenlauisThe bedding was incredibly comfortable, and the room itself was clean, tidy, spacious, and bright. Its location is fantastic, being close to both Huangjia Old Shop and Kaifeng Museum. Plus, there's a famous traditional pastry shop right at the entrance. After I checked out, I carelessly left an item of clothing behind. The housekeeping staff immediately informed the front desk, who thoughtfully kept it aside for me. They even kindly offered me a bottle of water and some peanut brittle as I was leaving, which was incredibly touching. Although heavy rain unfortunately led to the closure of the Qingming Riverside Landscape Garden during my last visit, I absolutely must return next time to truly experience the beauty of Kaifeng.
Late-night Congee Stall: Excellent.
Welcome Minibar: Very good.

GGuest UserI chose this hotel on Trip.com for a family vacation with my child, and overall we were quite satisfied with our stay. On the second night, the room next door was very noisy. I immediately reported it to the front desk, and the lady at the front desk promptly responded and helped resolve the issue. Their excellent service is definitely commendable; keep up the good work!

HHaioudiantai、Hygiene: The hygiene was good, with basic disposable toiletries provided. Housekeeping was prompt, and the bedding was clean and comfortable.
Service: The service was excellent. They tried their best to accommodate requests, and they even gave us local specialties when we departed for home.
Facilities: It was a bit cold when we visited in March. They said it was floor heating, and the air conditioning was centrally controlled so it couldn't be turned on, but the front desk brought up a small portable heater. The complimentary breakfast buffet had a good variety. However, the guesthouse didn't have a microwave, so we couldn't heat up anything we bought back that had gotten cold.
Overall, it was good. The room was spacious, the garden views were lovely, and it was just a few minutes' walk to Qingming Riverside Landscape Garden.

GGuest UserThe luckiest thing about traveling to Kaifeng is that I chose this homestay! The location is simply amazing. It takes only 3 minutes to walk to the Qingming Riverside Park. In the morning, you can easily catch the first wave of admission to avoid the crowds. In the evening, after watching the performance of ”The Great Song Dynasty: Tokyo Dreams”, you can take a walk back to the room to rest. The room is clean and warm, the layout is full of Song Dynasty elements, the bedding is soft and comfortable, and it is super safe to live in. The boss is warm and considerate, and also recommended super authentic food shops around. The cost-effectiveness is super high, I will stay here next time I come to Kaifeng!

YYiniOORecommended this place to my friends the very same day, it was absolutely fantastic! The location is great, really close to the main entrance of Lijiang Scenic Area, and the views are decent. The service is excellent; the owner is a local foodie and knows all the best places to eat. There's even a massage chair, which is a total lifesaver for tired muscles! The bedding is comfortable, and there's free parking. So many perks, I can't even list them all!

Hotel Entrance is on a small street and tend to have traffic congestion due to the illegal parking
Reception are friendly and helpful to a certain extend.
Got free breakfast from member signup but the spread is disappointing . Went at 9am and most of the beverages are depleted. Instead of topping up, the staff tilt the dispenser for more beverages. The only meal item in the breakfast is just the mini hotdog
Rooms is quite spacious, with separate bath and toilet. Lights switch is a mess with the bedside switch working on and off. Digital bidet is not working. Hot water is limited. Waited 5 mins for hot water and then halfway thru, the hot water ceases. Only 3 tv channel with no digital app available. Air ventilation quite bad as we can smell the smoke in our room. Althought there is a non smoking sign in the lobby, ppl are just ignoring thd sign. Direction to the laundry is not clear.

The service was also very good. The lady at the front desk was very gentle. The location is also very convenient, very close to the scenic spots. Breakfast is very rich and tastes good 👍

Before arriving at the hotel, I called to inquire about some travel tips, and the staff patiently explained everything. Upon entering the hotel, there's a concierge in the lobby who helps with luggage storage, and they were all very warm and professional.

There is an underground parking garage with free parking, and a free laundry room upstairs. The receptionists, Xiao Zhang and Xiao Bai, provided excellent service. GGuest UserThe room is luxurious, with a larger area than the standard room, complete facilities, air conditioning, and the temperature can be adjusted at will. The hotel breakfast is OK, filling, and rich if you are not picky! Across the road is an old soup bun shop, Yan Ji, where I went to punch in for breakfast. It is very close to the hotel, a 5-minute walk, and the taste is good. The rest of the breakfast shops are all pre-made buns, and the taste is very average!
