First off, the hotel's service was truly excellent. They called me in advance to ask about my room preferences and arranged everything exactly as I requested. Upon arrival, the front desk even proactively upgraded my room since there was availability, which I really appreciated. The room itself was well-equipped, and very clean, making for a comfortable stay. However, there was a slight odor when I first entered, but it completely disappeared after airing out the room for an afternoon, so it didn't affect my overall experience. Additionally, the hotel offers a complimentary shuttle service to and from the station. The driver was right at the exit, so I saw the pick-up sign as soon as I walked out. All it took was a quick call to book in advance, which was super convenient.

A serendipitous discovery: this amazing guesthouse! The moment I stepped inside, I was captivated by its enormous garden – the lush greenery was beautifully arranged, creating a tranquil oasis in the city. Every snapshot was a masterpiece of ambiance. The living room furniture was incredibly stylish, both in terms of quality and aesthetics, with tasteful details throughout. The room featured a separate bathtub and a huge terrace; at night, watching the light and shadows play in the distance was pure bliss – I didn't want to leave! Even more delightful was the butler's attentive service. His gentle and considerate approach made the entire trip exceptionally comfortable. Located near Qingming Riverside Landscape Garden and the Imperial River, the location is superb. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Kaifeng, and I've already recommended it to my friends!

The hotel was quite good. The mattress was just right, not too soft nor too hard, and the pillows were fluffy and soft. The room had excellent soundproofing, making it incredibly quiet at night, allowing me to fully unwind from my travels and sleep very soundly. The bathroom had a dry/wet separation, and the hot water was stable with good pressure. The toiletries were of good quality. The hotel service was very responsive; any requests were handled promptly and effectively!

The hotel overall is sleek and spacious, with a well-designed layout that feels uncluttered. The mattress was just right – not too soft, not too firm – ensuring a sound and comfortable night's sleep with good ventilation. The value for money far exceeded my expectations; it's clean, tidy, and the service is excellent. It's perfectly suited for short trips.

I stumbled upon this hotel on my phone and really liked its New Chinese decor style. Seeing that it was also close to scenic spots, I went ahead and booked it. Traveling with kids during the summer holiday, convenience is key, and I really didn't want to deal with any hassle on the road. The location here is truly excellent; it only took about five or six minutes to walk to the Yingbin Gate of Qingming Riverside Landscape Garden, even with the little ones. There were also many Hanfu shops along the way, which were quite lovely. The hotel's surroundings are very pleasant, situated right next to the Grand Imperial River, which looks especially beautiful when lit up at night. Inside, the hotel has a central courtyard garden with lots of greenery and hydrangeas. The garden also features a badminton court, a small fish pond, and a swing, where my child happily played around. The hotel corridors are designed to be open and bright, offering views of both the courtyard garden below and the sky, which is quite refreshing. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was good, and the mattress had just the right firmness. The shower had strong water pressure and plenty of hot water, and the toiletries smelled wonderful. All the staff members were very friendly and helpful, quickly resolving any issues we had. Kaifeng has a lot of delicious food, especially the steamed soup dumplings and Henan cuisine. For popular old restaurants, it's best to go early, otherwise, you'll have to queue. Kaifeng also has many snacks; locals enjoy lamb soup, and 'hulatang' (spicy soup) with fried dough sticks in the mornings. There are plenty of other snacks too, and families with kids could plan a food tour. From this hotel, it's not far to the night market or the old Henan cuisine restaurants, making it a fairly central location. The kids had a great time with both the activities and the food.

The hotel's location is great, right next to Gulou Night Market, and from the floor-to-ceiling windows in the room, you can see Daxiangguo Temple. It's also not far from Qingming Riverside Landscape Garden, about 2-3 kilometers, and a taxi ride costs less than 10 RMB. The room is exceptionally spacious and very clean, with complete facilities including a smart toilet, Tmall Genie (smart speaker), massage chair, bathtub, and a large projector. The hotel even provides bathtub liners, bubble bath liquid, foot soaking tubs, and heated eye masks. After a tiring day of sightseeing, you can come back to the room, get a massage, take a bath, or soak your feet to relax. During the day, the lobby offers watermelon and small snacks, and in the evening, there are cocktails and late-night supper. The service is very warm and welcoming; whether it's the front desk staff or the cleaning aunties, everyone is always smiling and ready to help. I'm very satisfied with this trip!

This is, hands down, the most convenient hotel for visiting Wansui Mountain. When you're tired, you can pop back to your room to cool down and rehydrate in no time – it's literally just across the road, less than a 5-minute walk. A special shout-out to the front desk lady, who was not only beautiful but also incredibly kind! She upgraded us to a family room and even gave us complimentary breakfast. After enjoying some authentic Hulatang, we could gaze at the Kaifeng Iron Pagoda and the East Gate of Wansui Mountain right from our window. I'll definitely choose this hotel again when I return to Kaifeng.

The room is very regional and very clean. When traveling with children, you should choose a hotel with a clean and hygienic environment. The children were very excited and loved it. The service was also very good. The lady at the front desk was very gentle. The location is also very convenient, very close to the scenic spots. Breakfast is very rich and tastes good 👍

My child really enjoyed talking to Xiaodu (the smart assistant). The room itself was comfortable and had a charming, antique feel. There were two types of slippers to choose from, and even special ones for kids that you can pick up at the front desk on the first floor. Plus, the front desk lady was super helpful, giving us detailed directions on how to get around and explore the area.
