VvencenlauisThe bedding was incredibly comfortable, and the room itself was clean, tidy, spacious, and bright. Its location is fantastic, being close to both Huangjia Old Shop and Kaifeng Museum. Plus, there's a famous traditional pastry shop right at the entrance. After I checked out, I carelessly left an item of clothing behind. The housekeeping staff immediately informed the front desk, who thoughtfully kept it aside for me. They even kindly offered me a bottle of water and some peanut brittle as I was leaving, which was incredibly touching. Although heavy rain unfortunately led to the closure of the Qingming Riverside Landscape Garden during my last visit, I absolutely must return next time to truly experience the beauty of Kaifeng.
Late-night Congee Stall: Excellent.

GGuest UserI chose this hotel on Trip.com for a family vacation with my child, and overall we were quite satisfied with our stay. On the second night, the room next door was very noisy. I immediately reported it to the front desk, and the lady at the front desk promptly responded and helped resolve the issue. Their excellent service is definitely commendable; keep up the good work!

YYiniOORecommended this place to my friends the very same day, it was absolutely fantastic! The location is great, really close to the main entrance of Lijiang Scenic Area, and the views are decent. The service is excellent; the owner is a local foodie and knows all the best places to eat. There's even a massage chair, which is a total lifesaver for tired muscles! The bedding is comfortable, and there's free parking. So many perks, I can't even list them all!

HHaioudiantai、Hygiene: The hygiene was good, with basic disposable toiletries provided. Housekeeping was prompt, and the bedding was clean and comfortable.
Service: The service was excellent. They tried their best to accommodate requests, and they even gave us local specialties when we departed for home.
Facilities: It was a bit cold when we visited in March. They said it was floor heating, and the air conditioning was centrally controlled so it couldn't be turned on, but the front desk brought up a small portable heater. The complimentary breakfast buffet had a good variety. However, the guesthouse didn't have a microwave, so we couldn't heat up anything we bought back that had gotten cold.
Overall, it was good. The room was spacious, the garden views were lovely, and it was just a few minutes' walk to Qingming Riverside Landscape Garden.

GGuest UserThe luckiest thing about traveling to Kaifeng is that I chose this homestay! The location is simply amazing. It takes only 3 minutes to walk to the Qingming Riverside Park. In the morning, you can easily catch the first wave of admission to avoid the crowds. In the evening, after watching the performance of ”The Great Song Dynasty: Tokyo Dreams”, you can take a walk back to the room to rest. The room is clean and warm, the layout is full of Song Dynasty elements, the bedding is soft and comfortable, and it is super safe to live in. The boss is warm and considerate, and also recommended super authentic food shops around. The cost-effectiveness is super high, I will stay here next time I come to Kaifeng!

Hhuangyuyu075Traveling with my parents on a self-drive trip, I was a bit anxious before checking in, worried about noise and cleanliness issues. However, the location turned out to be very convenient for getting around, and there's free parking. The hotel room was spacious, and the sofa and chairs were leather, so no worries about stains. As someone with a bit of a germ phobia, I found the cleanliness to be perfectly acceptable. The front desk staff were also very polite and helpful. I highly recommend this place! My parents had a wonderful two days in Kaifeng.

MM299866****I originally booked three rooms, but when I arrived, the front desk upgraded us to a family room and canceled one of the original bookings. When they found out we were going to Wansui Mountain the next day but would be arriving back very late, they gave us breakfast vouchers and welcome fruit. This was very thoughtful, as it meant we didn't have to go out looking for food early the next morning.

GGuest UserThe hotel is incredibly close to Qingming Riverside Landscape Garden, just a few minutes' walk away, which was super convenient for us traveling with elderly family and kids after a long day of sightseeing. The bathtub in the room was a big plus – perfect for a relaxing soak after being on our feet all day. The hotel's overall ambiance is charmingly antique and elegant, perfectly matching Kaifeng's ancient city vibe. The service was also very thoughtful; both the front desk and housekeeping staff were warm, welcoming, and always ready to help.
The only minor downside was that the breakfast selection was a bit ordinary, not particularly extensive. However, this didn't detract from an otherwise excellent overall experience. We'd definitely choose to stay here again on our next visit to Kaifeng!

GGuest UserThe room is luxurious, with a larger area than the standard room, complete facilities, air conditioning, and the temperature can be adjusted at will. The hotel breakfast is OK, filling, and rich if you are not picky! Across the road is an old soup bun shop, Yan Ji, where I went to punch in for breakfast. It is very close to the hotel, a 5-minute walk, and the taste is good. The rest of the breakfast shops are all pre-made buns, and the taste is very average!
