GGuest UserThis hotel truly exceeded my expectations! It's incredibly convenient for transportation and shopping. The bedding is soft and comfortable, the facilities are well-maintained and modern, and the bathroom is dry and odor-free. Even the toiletries are great. The front desk staff are kind and attentive; check-in was super fast, and they were quick to respond to any requests. Amazing value for money!

GGuest UserHotel location is good (very close to the high-speed rail station, 200 meters in front is the museum and the main road to and from Zhengzhou and Kaifeng Zhengkai Avenue). The hotel is fully equipped and very new. The setting in the lobby and guest rooms on the first floor is thoughtful and intimate. The service of the staff is also very good, making people feel at home. Self-driving parking is free. Booked family room, the room is very large and spacious, the decoration is very warm and chic, there are two beds, the bed is very wide is 1.5 meters wide. In short, if you come to Kaifeng again, you will book again.

LLay Seng YewI had a wonderful experience at this homestay. The staff were incredibly helpful throughout my stay. They even assisted by bringing my food delivery directly to my doorstep, which was a very thoughtful touch. On my departure day, they also helped arrange transportation to pick up my luggage and send it to the airport, making my travel much easier and stress-free. The room was clean, the environment was comfortable, and the service truly exceeded expectations. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area!

GGuest UserStaying at this hotel was like going from hell to heaven. When we first arrived, the street leading to the hotel was a complete letdown. It was a narrow, congested alleyway. But then we discovered that just 100 meters ahead, Gulou Street was a completely different scene. Getting up to the hotel lobby on the fourth floor felt like stepping into an international five-star hotel. It turns out the hotel occupies the entire fourth floor of a shopping mall, with a huge lobby and spacious common areas. The design and decor are very distinctive. The dining room, bar, free-to-use computers, and arcade machines are all within this large common area. The hotel room itself had a window overlooking Xiangguo Temple, and the space was very well utilized. There was complimentary soda available, and the bathroom had a separate wet and dry area. As it's a new hotel, everything was extremely clean and hygienic. The bed was super comfortable, and there were plenty of outlets, including USB charging ports. The room rate was affordable, and there were many perks. They offered free late-night congee, complimentary drinks, and even a free cocktail. There was also a little surprise in the room to exchange for a small gift. They have a laundry room and a gym. The breakfast area was comfortable, and the food was delicious and plentiful. Most importantly, all the front desk staff, from check-in to check-out, were customer-focused and provided excellent service. They even gave us a souvenir when we left. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit to Kaifeng.

NNgWilliamLocation is near to attraction (wansuishan) but not adviseable to walk since it will be a long day walking Hotel Entrance is on a small street and tend to have traffic congestion due to the illegal parking Reception are friendly and helpful to a certain extend. Got free breakfast from member signup but the spread is disappointing . Went at 9am and most of the beverages are depleted. Instead of topping up, the staff tilt the dispenser for more beverages. The only meal item in the breakfast is just the mini hotdog Rooms is quite spacious, with separate bath and toilet. Lights switch is a mess with the bedside switch working on and off. Digital bidet is not working. Hot water is limited. Waited 5 mins for hot water and then halfway thru, the hot water ceases. Only 3 tv channel with no digital app available. Air ventilation quite bad as we can smell the smoke in our room. Althought there is a non smoking sign in the lobby, ppl are just ignoring thd sign. Direction to the laundry is not clear.

HHaimeiqimingerWe got a room upgrade, and it was quite spacious with a soaking tub. Unfortunately, we couldn't use a disposable bathtub liner, but the staff offered to disinfect it again, which made the kids happy. Guo Yan'e, a staff member, was incredibly thoughtful; she folded all our clothes and placed them neatly on the sofa. Knowing we had children, she also provided extra water and kids' amenities. The room also featured a small terrace where egrets visited daily. The breakfast was decent with a good variety, though I only noticed green vegetables on our last day. For visiting Qingyuan, the hotel's buggy took us to the hotel entrance, and from there, it was a short walk to Duanmen.

GGuest UserHanting Hotel is very clean, well-equipped, and thoughtfully designed. I particularly appreciate that all tables and chairs have rounded corners, which helps prevent accidental bumps – a very nice touch. Just about 200 meters east of the hotel, you'll reach Drum Tower Square, a lively area bustling with people and countless street food stalls. It's a great spot to enjoy the night views and savor local delicacies. For drivers, please note that the street in front of the hotel is a one-way street, only allowing eastbound traffic, so be careful not to drive against it. Furthermore, the hotel offers free parking in its rear courtyard, with the entrance located at the alleyway on the west side of the building. Be aware that the entrance on the east side (next to the soup dumpling shop) is for a paid parking lot (10 RMB during the day, 20 RMB at night).
