"Highly recommend this Atour villa-style hotel in Kaifeng! My experience here far exceeded expectations. The front desk staff, both the young men and women, were incredibly kind. They proactively upgraded our room type during check-in and patiently answered all our questions. The service was truly top-notch. I have to praise the cleanliness of the room; both the bedding and the bathroom were meticulously cleaned, with no strange odors or neglected corners. It was very comfortable to stay in. The breakfast was a pleasant surprise too, offering a wide variety of both Chinese and Western options, including local specialties. I was incredibly satisfied with the food! Highly recommend staying here."

"Very good stay experience! The room was clean and tidy, the stay was very comfortable, and I stayed for three consecutive days. The boss is also very good, very enthusiastic, convenient to travel, very close to the scenic spot, only a ten-minute walk away. "An unexpectedly great stay! I didn't have high expectations for a guesthouse, but the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. They even upgraded us to a family room. While the room's wooden decor made it look a bit dated, it was clean, all the facilities worked perfectly, and there were no strange odors. During our stay, the breakfast selection wasn't huge, but the quality and taste were excellent. The staff were very helpful and provided great service. The guesthouse is also conveniently located, just a five to six-minute walk from Qingming Riverside Landscape Garden and the boat pier."

GGuest UserLocated right next to Qingming Riverside Landscape Garden, it's incredibly convenient to get around; you can walk right there. The guesthouse exceeded my expectations in terms of environment and value for money! The ambiance is exceptionally elegant, with plenty of greenery in the courtyard, perfect for taking great photos. The rooms are spacious, ideal for family trips, the mattresses are comfortable, and the cleanliness is impeccable. The owner was incredibly welcoming, making it a truly comfortable and enjoyable stay. I highly recommend it, and I'll definitely come back next time I'm in Kaifeng!

GGuest UserThis is a new hotel, and the facilities are excellent. The room, bedding, and bathroom are all high-end. They even provide body lotion, conditioner, a scale, and a fantastic hairdryer (like a Dyson!). There's a 'Along the River During the Qingming Festival' souvenir, and upon check-in, we received snacks (yogurt and waffles 🧇). The breakfast spread is extensive, and the restaurant is spacious. The shower pressure is really strong. To get to attractions, you'll need to take a taxi or ride an electric bike, as they're about 5-6 kilometers away. It's closest to the Duanmen Gate of Qingming Riverside Landscape Garden, so transportation is quite convenient. The area right outside the hotel is a bit chaotic, but there are plenty of dining options nearby. My only suggestion would be to offer freshly ground coffee; that would truly match the hotel's caliber.

CCaishenlaiwojiaqiaomenThe boss is very nice. She is warm and sincere and has a very good service attitude. Her dog is also very cute and family. She will provide help in time when needed. Seeing that I haven't eaten breakfast, she even gave me a big corn on the cob. Wow, she is really my friend. Cry to death.
The environment is very comfortable and the sanitary conditions are very good. I wore the newly bought slippers everywhere and the soles were not dirty at all. I was surprised. They are really clean. It is also very quiet at night in the alley, so I can sleep comfortably. This B&B is really great. It is fully booked almost every day. I will stay here again next time I come!

GGuest UserThe luckiest thing about traveling to Kaifeng is that I chose this homestay! The location is simply amazing. It takes only 3 minutes to walk to the Qingming Riverside Park. In the morning, you can easily catch the first wave of admission to avoid the crowds. In the evening, after watching the performance of ”The Great Song Dynasty: Tokyo Dreams”, you can take a walk back to the room to rest. The room is clean and warm, the layout is full of Song Dynasty elements, the bedding is soft and comfortable, and it is super safe to live in. The boss is warm and considerate, and also recommended super authentic food shops around. The cost-effectiveness is super high, I will stay here next time I come to Kaifeng!

GGuest UserAfter a long search, I chose this hotel and was delighted to find its location absolutely superb. The room facilities were clean, modern, and exactly as pictured. It was less than a two-minute walk to the Yingbin Gate of Shangqing Garden. Stepping out of the hotel, you're right by the riverbank, and the evening views are especially beautiful. After a tiring afternoon exploring the garden, we could relax in the small courtyard and enjoy the scenery. Since we arrived quite late, the owner personally helped us with our luggage, which was incredibly welcoming. He also gave us recommendations for places to eat. Our first night was on the second floor, where we enjoyed the view from the balcony. Due to high demand, we extended our stay and moved to a ground-floor room with a small courtyard for the second night. Both rooms had their own unique charm. I rarely leave reviews, but I truly felt the owner's dedication to running this place, so I wanted to show my support.

GGuest UserThe pleasant surprise of my Kaifeng trip was booking this guesthouse. It feels like a beautiful garden, incredibly quiet, comfortable, clean, and very high-end. The room was super spacious and bright, and it's very kid-friendly. Check-in was smooth, and the ladies at the front desk were all super nice, patient, and helpful, even assisting with our luggage. The best part is it's very, very close to Qingming Riverside Landscape Garden, just a short walk away. We could easily come back to rest whenever we got tired from exploring. They even gave us some delicious local pastries upon check-out! I genuinely love the decor and atmosphere of this guesthouse. I'll definitely book this place again on my next visit!

The common area is spacious and well-equipped, with billiards, a reading lounge, and separate male/female washing areas, which is a nice touch. The location is excellent, the transportation is convenient, it is very close to the high-speed rail station and various attractions, and the travel is super worry-free. The room was clean and tidy, the living was warm and comfortable, and there was no depression at all. The most plus point is that there is a big balcony on the second floor, which is especially convenient for drying clothes and is too friendly to people traveling. Downstairs is a snack street, breakfast is rich and delicious, one-stop for eating, drinking, living and traveling. The boss is warm and thoughtful, the service is intimate, the price is super high, come here to live here is definitely not stepping on the pit, highly recommended!

AAnonymous UserThe location is near the Xisi Night Market, a quiet escape from the hustle and bustle. It's convenient for dining, and Qingyuan Garden is less than ten minutes away by electric scooter. The front desk lady was very friendly and even checked on a package I was sending. I only discovered my headlight was broken on my first day. The rooms are separated by floors, with the girls' bathrooms on the third floor. The three squat toilets, three sinks, and two showers are all located together, which is quite convenient, though the shower door is a bit dingy. Slippers and towels are in the disinfection cabinet.
The important thing! The living room where the reception desk is located is incredibly noisy at night. It can last until 2 a.m. without warning. Even with earplugs, they're not soundproof, and even after the front desk lady reminded me, the noise was still there. According to reviews, during peak season, they organize groups to play games and cook. If you're not worried about the noise, this is a good option.

The room was clean and tidy, and they offered free luggage storage and helpful mailing services. The complimentary local snacks were a nice touch and tasted great. The laundry detergent in the laundry room was individually packaged, which was clean and convenient. Excellent value for money! There's a night market with snacks right outside, and it's not far from various attractions. Highly recommended!
