"The location is fantastic, right across from the beautiful lake. It's also very close to Qingming Riverside Landscape Garden, just an 800-meter walk away. There are many other hotels along the way, but this one definitely has the best exterior. A big plus is that the breakfast dishes changed every morning during our stay! They offer local specialties like Hu La Tang and chicken noodle soup, and the chicken noodle soup was particularly delicious. This was my first time staying in an Atour hotel that's part of a villa complex with such distinctive architecture, and it really brightened my mood every time I entered and left. There were plenty of staff at the front desk, and they were all very warm and accommodating with any reasonable requests, speaking very gently. Even the housekeeping aunties would greet us proactively. This has been my best Atour experience yet, and I would definitely recommend it to my friends!"

"Our stay was fantastic! The front desk staff kindly reminded us it was raining and offered us umbrellas. Breakfast was delicious and hearty, and our room was spotless, cleaned promptly every day. They even had white fungus soup and roasted sweet potatoes available. It exceeded my expectations. Plus, the location is super convenient for sightseeing, very close to Qingming Riverside Landscape Garden, Longting Park, and the pier – just a short walk away. So convenient!"

Service: The staff are very welcoming.
We drove to Kaifeng and stayed at this hotel. Parking was in the hotel's private underground parking spaces, very close to the elevator, which was very convenient. However, during our one-night stay, we encountered a small problem: there was no cold water in the shower, it was really hot 😭, and even the toilet wouldn't flush, which was very embarrassing… It wasn't resolved until we reported it the next morning, but it was quite efficient."

Sshuijing～mingFacilities: The heated toilet seat is great for winter, but it doesn't have a bidet function.
Cleanliness: The room was spotless overall. Even the tables and chairs on the terrace were immaculate. We went to the kitchen to freeze baby food and found it very clean. We also went to borrow the washing machine and saw that the room where the cleaning supplies were kept was also very clean. 👍🏻
Environment: Absolutely fantastic! The owners have great taste; we stayed in a garden courtyard with flowers, bamboo groves, a pond, goldfish, a small bridge, and a swing – my little one loves it and wants to swing every night! 😀
Service: From the girls at the front desk to the owners and the security guards, everyone was polite, enthusiastic, and responsive, never showing any impatience.
After a week, we felt like family. They were incredibly considerate, and we almost felt embarrassed. Next time we go to Kaifeng, we must visit them and stay here again.
There are too many advantages to list! Oh, and it's incredibly close to Qingming Riverside Landscape Garden; we walked there several times a day, which is especially convenient for children and the elderly.

GGuest UserThe hotel service was excellent and very welcoming. The front desk staff even shared their personal travel tips, which was a nice touch. My only minor suggestion would be to upgrade the toilets to smart ones for an even better experience. The hotel's location is great, not far from Qingming Riverside Landscape Garden and Wansui Mountain. They even have electric bikes available for guests to ride there. The breakfast spread was fantastic and varied daily, offering a taste of Kaifeng's local specialties like Kaifeng Bucket Chicken, stir-fried pancakes, beef, and spicy soup. The large bathtub was very comfortable, and the room was quiet, making it a good choice for those sensitive to noise. The laundry room was spacious and had an outdoor area for drying clothes. Overall, I was very satisfied and would definitely choose this hotel again when I visit Kaifeng.

CCaishenlaiwojiaqiaomenThe boss is very nice. She is warm and sincere and has a very good service attitude. Her dog is also very cute and family. She will provide help in time when needed. Seeing that I haven't eaten breakfast, she even gave me a big corn on the cob. Wow, she is really my friend. Cry to death.
The environment is very comfortable and the sanitary conditions are very good. I wore the newly bought slippers everywhere and the soles were not dirty at all. I was surprised. They are really clean. It is also very quiet at night in the alley, so I can sleep comfortably. This B&B is really great. It is fully booked almost every day. I will stay here again next time I come!

LLay Seng YewI had a wonderful experience at this homestay. The staff were incredibly helpful throughout my stay. They even assisted by bringing my food delivery directly to my doorstep, which was a very thoughtful touch. On my departure day, they also helped arrange transportation to pick up my luggage and send it to the airport, making my travel much easier and stress-free.
The room was clean, the environment was comfortable, and the service truly exceeded expectations. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area!

GGuest UserAfter a long search, I chose this hotel and was delighted to find its location absolutely superb. The room facilities were clean, modern, and exactly as pictured. It was less than a two-minute walk to the Yingbin Gate of Shangqing Garden. Stepping out of the hotel, you're right by the riverbank, and the evening views are especially beautiful. After a tiring afternoon exploring the garden, we could relax in the small courtyard and enjoy the scenery. Since we arrived quite late, the owner personally helped us with our luggage, which was incredibly welcoming. He also gave us recommendations for places to eat. Our first night was on the second floor, where we enjoyed the view from the balcony. Due to high demand, we extended our stay and moved to a ground-floor room with a small courtyard for the second night. Both rooms had their own unique charm. I rarely leave reviews, but I truly felt the owner's dedication to running this place, so I wanted to show my support.

GGuest UserI accidentally booked 5 twin rooms, and to my surprise, upon arrival, I found each room had a king-size bed (1.8m) and a queen-size bed (1.5m), which could easily sleep four people. The room was clean and tidy, and the garden view outside the window was stunning. The villa area is just a 5-minute walk to the Qingming Riverside Landscape Garden scenic spot, which was very convenient for us to rest after exploring and then head back out in the evening for the iron flower performance. The front desk staff was incredibly warm and attentive, and the restaurant they recommended had top-notch food at a reasonable price.

GGuest UserThe environment is beautiful, the parking lot is spacious, and the rooms are large and luxurious. The service was very attentive. The lake view room offered a great view, and I really wished I could have stayed a few more days. My only complaint was that it was a bit cold. Although they provided an electric heater, it kept tripping the circuit breaker after a short while. The air conditioning panel was set to 32 degrees Celsius, but the room displayed 27 degrees, and I measured 25 degrees at the desk. Since lake view rooms are windy in winter, it felt quite cold. I suggest increasing the air conditioning outlet temperature by a couple of degrees in winter or ensuring the electric heaters can operate continuously to provide guests with a warm and comfortable resting environment.

The location is excellent, the transportation is convenient, it is very close to the high-speed rail station and various attractions, and the travel is super worry-free. The room was clean and tidy, the living was warm and comfortable, and there was no depression at all. The most plus point is that there is a big balcony on the second floor, which is especially convenient for drying clothes and is too friendly to people traveling. Downstairs is a snack street, breakfast is rich and delicious, one-stop for eating, drinking, living and traveling. The boss is warm and thoughtful, the service is intimate, the price is super high, come here to live here is definitely not stepping on the pit, highly recommended!

It's convenient for dining, and Qingyuan Garden is less than ten minutes away by electric scooter. The front desk lady was very friendly and even checked on a package I was sending. I only discovered my headlight was broken on my first day. The rooms are separated by floors, with the girls' bathrooms on the third floor. The three squat toilets, three sinks, and two showers are all located together, which is quite convenient, though the shower door is a bit dingy. Slippers and towels are in the disinfection cabinet.
The important thing! The living room where the reception desk is located is incredibly noisy at night. It can last until 2 a.m. without warning. Even with earplugs, they're not soundproof, and even after the front desk lady reminded me, the noise was still there. According to reviews, during peak season, they organize groups to play games and cook. If you're not worried about the noise, this is a good option.
