Sshuijing～mingFacilities: The heated toilet seat is great for winter, but it doesn't have a bidet function.
Cleanliness: The room was spotless overall. Even the tables and chairs on the terrace were immaculate. We went to the kitchen to freeze baby food and found it very clean. We also went to borrow the washing machine and saw that the room where the cleaning supplies were kept was also very clean. 👍🏻
Environment: Absolutely fantastic! The owners have great taste; we stayed in a garden courtyard with flowers, bamboo groves, a pond, goldfish, a small bridge, and a swing – my little one loves it and wants to swing every night! 😀
Service: From the girls at the front desk to the owners and the security guards, everyone was polite, enthusiastic, and responsive, never showing any impatience.
After a week, we felt like family. They were incredibly considerate, and we almost felt embarrassed. Next time we go to Kaifeng, we must visit them and stay here again.
There are too many advantages to list! Oh, and it's incredibly close to Qingming Riverside Landscape Garden; we walked there several times a day, which is especially convenient for children and the elderly.

ZZanzanlaobaHonestly, this hotel exceeded my expectations. First off, they offer a complimentary pick-up and drop-off service to/from the station, which was incredibly convenient. The hotel is relatively new, with a stylish and unique decor. The room itself was very spacious, and the bedding was comfortable enough. However, the air conditioning was quite noisy; even on sleep mode, it was still loud. The hotel's breakfast was excellent, offering freshly cooked noodles, rice vermicelli, and wontons. While the overall selection wasn't vast, all dishes were thoughtfully prepared, including some local specialties. It's officially served until 10 AM, but typically, even if you arrive a bit later, there's still plenty available. Service was also outstanding; the staff were very responsive and eager to help. Overall, it's a great hotel. Regarding the location, it's in the New District, not too far from Wanda Plaza. However, getting to Wansuishan and Qingming Shanghe Garden by a ride-hailing service (like Didi) costs around 20 RMB, and it's a similar distance/cost to Gulou Night Market. If distance isn't a major concern for you, then this hotel is definitely a fantastic choice.

AAnonymous UserFantastic little hotel in the middle of Kaifeng. Super clean and looks beautiful everywhere. Service was excellent. The location left a little to be desired since it’s sort of in a hidden away area, but it never took long to get to any attractions nearby using a Taxi. Hotel amenities are good but this is a small place so it was the basics.
Highly recommend if you want an elegant and quiet experience.

GGuest UserThe hotel front desk was very welcoming and even upgraded our room. Xisi Night Market is right downstairs, but it's quieter than Gulou Night Market and Heda Night Market. It's about a 30-minute walk to Gulou and Qingyuan, so I recommend taking a tram. The Wi-Fi in my room, provided by Huazhu Hotels, was very poor and almost unusable. I had to manually connect to the TV's network, and once the TV was off, there was no internet. That's a definite downside. Also, the air conditioning took a long time to warm up; it wasn't instant. I stayed for two nights, and the auntie cleaned the room thoroughly, which was great! 👍 All in all, for the 200 yuan price point, the value for money was pretty good.

OOscar FabianIt's a great hotel, very close to Milenio Park and the Kung Fu Park, just 450 meters away.
It has an incredible location, but there's something even more surprising: the service and quality of the rooms, their cleanliness, and the comfort of the beds.
There's a gym, laundry facilities, a restaurant, and wonderful people willing to help.
I highly recommend this hotel chain. Finally, to top it all off, I'd like to thank them for their small gift they gave us upon checkout. THANK YOU!

The hotel is fully equipped and very new. The setting in the lobby and guest rooms on the first floor is thoughtful and intimate. The service of the staff is also very good, making people feel at home. Self-driving parking is free. Booked family room, the room is very large and spacious, the decoration is very warm and chic, there are two beds, the bed is very wide is 1.5 meters wide. In short, if you come to Kaifeng again, you will book again.

XXiangdaopiaodelvxingzheHygiene: The room was spotlessly clean, and the bedding felt brand new. The bathroom, with its separate wet and dry areas, was also impeccably cleaned.
Environment: The surroundings are great. The hotel is located right on West Ring Road and offers a wide variety of breakfast options. There's a bus stop right downstairs, and plenty of restaurants, pharmacies, and convenience stores nearby. Taxis are also readily available. It's only about two or three kilometers from Qingming Riverside Landscape Garden and Wansuishan.
Facilities: The facilities are comprehensive. There's a private parking lot and even laundry service – everything you could possibly need for everyday use.
Service: The staff were very friendly and service-oriented. Even with a 'Do Not Disturb' sign on the door, they left bottled water and toilet paper right outside, which was a thoughtful touch! Thumbs up!👍🏻

GGuest UserIt's amazing to find such a great hotel in the old city center of Kaifeng! 🏙️ The location on Zhongshan Road is absolutely prime, offering a peaceful retreat despite being in the heart of the bustling area. The parking lot is spacious, with plenty of charging stations for various car brands, so no waiting. The room service staff are fantastic – very responsive and always happy to help. The soundproofing in the rooms is excellent too, ensuring a really good night's sleep. Seriously, this is the best choice out there!
