ZZanzanlaobaHonestly, this hotel exceeded my expectations. First off, they offer a complimentary pick-up and drop-off service to/from the station, which was incredibly convenient. The hotel is relatively new, with a stylish and unique decor. The room itself was very spacious, and the bedding was comfortable enough. However, the air conditioning was quite noisy; even on sleep mode, it was still loud. The hotel's breakfast was excellent, offering freshly cooked noodles, rice vermicelli, and wontons. While the overall selection wasn't vast, all dishes were thoughtfully prepared, including some local specialties. It's officially served until 10 AM, but typically, even if you arrive a bit later, there's still plenty available. Service was also outstanding; the staff were very responsive and eager to help. Overall, it's a great hotel. Regarding the location, it's in the New District, not too far from Wanda Plaza. However, getting to Wansuishan and Qingming Shanghe Garden by a ride-hailing service (like Didi) costs around 20 RMB, and it's a similar distance/cost to Gulou Night Market. If distance isn't a major concern for you, then this hotel is definitely a fantastic choice.

GGuest UserLocated right next to Qingming Riverside Landscape Garden, it's incredibly convenient to get around; you can walk right there. The guesthouse exceeded my expectations in terms of environment and value for money! The ambiance is exceptionally elegant, with plenty of greenery in the courtyard, perfect for taking great photos. The rooms are spacious, ideal for family trips, the mattresses are comfortable, and the cleanliness is impeccable. The owner was incredibly welcoming, making it a truly comfortable and enjoyable stay. I highly recommend it, and I'll definitely come back next time I'm in Kaifeng!

AAnonymous UserFantastic little hotel in the middle of Kaifeng. Super clean and looks beautiful everywhere. Service was excellent. The location left a little to be desired since it’s sort of in a hidden away area, but it never took long to get to any attractions nearby using a Taxi. Hotel amenities are good but this is a small place so it was the basics.
Highly recommend if you want an elegant and quiet experience.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel is well located in the middle of places of attraction in a walkable distance. The reception staff are helpful and kind to allow us to do an early check in. There are free tea and coffee near the reception. The room is clean and has modern design. The water pressure of the shower is good and warm. The toilet seat is amazingly warm with auto-flush. There is a free laundry and self-service secured luggage storage cupboard. There is a cheap and delicious Halal Chinese restaurant nearby that opens at late night.

The hotel is fully equipped and very new. The setting in the lobby and guest rooms on the first floor is thoughtful and intimate. The service of the staff is also very good, making people feel at home. Self-driving parking is free. Booked family room, the room is very large and spacious, the decoration is very warm and chic, there are two beds, the bed is very wide is 1.5 meters wide. In short, if you come to Kaifeng again, you will book again.

GGuest UserAbsolutely fantastic! This is my second trip to Kaifeng and my second time staying at this hotel. They really go out of their way to meet guests' needs. The breakfast is delicious with a great variety of options; the milk has a rich, creamy taste and the watermelon is super sweet. The staff are incredibly friendly too. When we arrived a bit late and there wasn't much food left, they enthusiastically asked what we'd like and helped replenish it for us. The cleaning staff are also wonderful; they do a very thorough job. The shower water gets nice and hot, and the air conditioning works perfectly for both cooling and heating. The toilet is smart, and the in-room voice control (Xiao Du) is very convenient. The location is excellent, just a short walk to Gulou. My favorite feature has to be the large TV with screen casting!

The convenient parking and EV charging were mentioned multiple times, and the room service was very attentive, which saved us a lot of hassle. The location is just a few minutes' walk from the East Gate of Qingming Riverside Landscape Garden, and you can even see the park's activities from inside the hotel. Right outside is the pier for the Bianliang River, making it incredibly convenient. And as if the great location wasn't enough, everyone's service attitude was exceptional, especially Xiao Zhi at the front desk and the kind, slim-faced cleaning lady. They're absolute industry benchmarks, making me feel touched so many times a day that it even distracted me from my fun – a truly terrible review! 😂 To be frank, I've traveled to many places, and this is one of the few hotels so thoughtful that I couldn't find a single fault. I'm not exaggerating or a shill; if you want to avoid a bad experience, choose this place – you won't regret it. One small suggestion: please add a towel rack in the bathroom.
