The front desk service was excellent, and the hotel's location is fantastic. There's a large shopping mall nearby with plenty of dining, entertainment, and shopping options, which is super convenient. The rooms are also great. It's definitely the top choice for luxury in Kaifeng!

The hotel room was great, and the manager was really nice. They gave us a free upgrade, and my friend's room got upgraded too! Most importantly, the environment and service were excellent all around.
