服務人員態度超級好，吧枱又是送水果送飲料很貼心的服務，而且開封的宋園這家飯店特別棒強烈推薦這家賓館跟宋園飯店

酒店房子衞生還可以，酒店服務人員態度也不錯。衹是酒店門口在修路，打車車無法開過來，出行很不方便。再就是由於晚上修路，工程持續到晚上11點多，導致吵的就沒辦法入睡，得關嚴實窗户，帶着降噪耳機才能入睡。這個體驗太差。。

漢庭灑店最大特點最是乾淨，酒店有洗衣機和烘乾機，但這家的洗衣機不如潮州漢庭灑店洗衣機好用。當時住時門口修路很不好走，可停車。

前台小姐姐特別好，挑了一間安靜的房間，因為門口有修路，不過酒店有自己的地下停車場，好停車，環境就一如既往的乾淨，酒店位置離哪裡都不遠，附近也有挺多美食。
