因為**預訂的沒有窗户，然後轉換過來的，前台很熱情。工作人員也很熱情。來開封旅遊玩的太累了，正好看到這個可以洗温泉。但是説實話房間不值這個價格，估計下面是洗浴，潮氣很大，房間窗台都返潮發黴了。最鬧心的是房間空調的製冷沒用，開製冷也是制熱。自助餐就那幾樣，而且去晚了就沒了。然後沒了

投訴攜程，在網上沒有説明此家酒店是洗浴中心，進出酒店必須換鞋，很不方便，而且室温很高，沒有冷風降温，室內温度達到28℃，晚上睡覺難以入睡，而且在網上我明明看到的是有窗，實際沒有窗户，睡覺感覺憋悶，室內面積很小，牆面黴漬，有味道，請攜程未來注意調查清楚實際情況再在網上詳細介紹，以免誤導客户，此次住店體驗太差，要求攜程退費。
