房間挺乾淨的，住在8樓，很安靜。地理位置也很好，樓下就是鼓樓廣場，晚上有夜市，很熱鬧，交通方便。書店街也在旁邊，可以逛逛。在開封的5天，都住在這裏，去各個景點一輛公交就能到。

一樓客服不夠專業，需要培訓。我到店下午五點，告訴我房間還沒收拾出來。本來兩點可以入住的。結果我一直等到七點。我問前台是不是可以贈送兩張早餐卷，給了一張。兩個人，給一張！我還得花69再買一張。足足等到晚上七點才入住。

房間很好很乾凈，服務人員態度很好，酒店位置位於鼓樓，去哪個景點都非常方便，很近，大相國寺走路就能去，小度送東西孩子看着很開心。如果早餐能很好吃就更好
