有史以來最差的一次體驗，網上介紹房間有窗户，結果去了前台又説沒窗户，剛好趕上大雨，人家説就這樣，不住你就退，進到房間一大股黴味，很刺鼻，住一晚很難受很悶，連塊肥皂都沒有，還是打電話給前台送過來，結果洗完頭用吹風機，好傢伙剛打開直接冒煙了，給我整懵逼了，我就問前台，前台一股不耐煩的説給你送一個，這下更好了，直接送一個壞的過來，我又打電話人家説送了個壞的過來，人家説你不會試試嗎？好傢伙你家送東西你們作為服務行業的試都不試直接送個壞的過來還有理了，這樣的房間居然要我差不多300一間，我也是醉了，第一次體驗這麼差的酒店，幫大家踩過坑了，避坑吧😄

設施齊全，乾淨衞生，服務上也在努力，送夜宵牛奶，衹是第一晚夜裡停水了，而且電梯壞了。總體來説，臨街但是不吵，離客運站近，去朗德苗寨很方便，基本滿意。

停車場車位比較多，免費停車。房間窗户大。早餐菜品味道好，種類多。位置便利，周圍吃的也比較多。交通十分方便。
酒店整體入住感受特別滿意。前台提供行李免費寄存，叫醒服務。服務效率高。房間內乾淨整潔，床高低合適，空間大。前台服務態度好，免費提供購物袋，房間內採光很好，窗簾遮光性好，早餐品種很多，應有盡有，餐廳阿姨主動性強。
