"Stepping into the hotel lobby, the decor felt really high-end, much like a boutique guesthouse, giving off a cozy, home-like vibe. In the room, the bedside had camphor wood that naturally diffused its unique scent, which is supposed to help with sleep and relaxation. The room also had disposable face towels of good quality and bathrobes. Breakfast offered a rich variety of options that cater to different family members, including corn, sweet potatoes, siumai, soy milk, chicken noodle soup, and chicken rice vermicelli. The hotel provided self-service laundry, which was really convenient for our family's needs. The air conditioning was a central split-system, allowing us to choose between hot and cold air. The hotel's Wi-Fi was fast, making both internet browsing and work very smooth. Overall, it was a great experience, and I'd definitely stay here again."

There's a bus stop right outside the hotel, making transportation super convenient. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was incredibly soft and comfortable, and the view from the window was lovely. Plus, it has floor-to-ceiling windows, which is a great bonus!"

"I've really found a hidden gem of a hotel! I asked the front desk staff and they told me that Tingbo is a chain in Hunan, and this is their first branch in Guizhou. The front desk service is excellent; any issues were resolved quickly. Since it's a new hotel, all the facilities and equipment are complete and work perfectly. The hotel's location is also great, close to Kaili South Station, and there are snack shops about 1 kilometer away, just a few minutes' walk. On the first floor, there's a pub and a billiards hall, making it super convenient for dining, accommodation, and entertainment. Plus, the rice noodles for breakfast are genuinely delicious, better than many breakfast spots I've tried. Highly, highly, highly recommend!"

"Upon arrival at Kailinan Station, the PIC of Leili sent someone to pick us up. She even recommended us places to go and to dine in Kaili during the short drive. To our surprise, all the staff of Leili are female! Wow, it was all girls power and we were so impressed of how well they have managed the homestay! The homestay is artistically designed and decorated,the ambience is so cozy, the rooms are so new and clean. Not forgetting, the staff are so enthusiastic and kind to share us some information about Kaili. The homestay even provided us with welcome afternoon tea sets which serves their local tea and midnight dessert (green bean soup). We just feel so home staying in Leili. =)"

"There was no water in the room at first, and then the hot water came intermittently, sometimes there and sometimes not. I told the front desk, but the front desk replied that it was impossible, and they were reluctant to change rooms. They told me that it would be noisy if I changed rooms, and there were no other rooms to arrange (in fact, the room was not full). In the end, although the water was not hot, we didn't want to change rooms, so we just stayed there. There was no wifi in the subsequent room, and the front desk insisted that it was the room number. I went to the front desk, and the front desk replied that you definitely can't connect to the front desk (I couldn't connect to the front desk before I asked the front desk), and the attitude was always distrustful. Later, I asked a technician to check it out, and the wifi name was not the room number at all. I originally chose the hotel because it was endorsed by the Guizhou Cultural Tourism and Government, but the service was so bad. When the guest raised a problem, the front desk's first reaction was that the guest was talking nonsense, and there was no solution. I hope to strengthen the professional training of the front desk, which is really too black."

"This stay at this amazing Airbnb was a real gem! Not only did it boast a beautiful, heated swimming pool for relaxing, but a freshly brewed coffee was incredibly soothing. The convenient shuttle service saved me the hassle of taking a taxi, making my trip incredibly convenient. And here's a little secret: there's a hidden gym that's not publicly accessible! It's fully equipped and clean, and if you want to work out, just ask the owner privately to activate your account – complete privacy guaranteed! The owner is incredibly honest and attentive, responding very quickly to every detail. The rooms were clean and comfortable, making for a worry-free stay. It was a perfect vacation spot where I could even maintain my exercise routine – an absolutely divine experience! Highly recommended!"

"The location is relatively good, close to the Miao and Dong Style Garden. The lady who cleans the room is very hospitable and answers all questions. The room attendant was an uncle and the TV couldn't be turned on. The uncle came into the room at night to fix the TV. It didn't feel good, but the uncle was very polite. The fly in the ointment is that the air conditioner does not have hot air, and it is still a bit cold at night, especially if you are bringing children. It is recommended to add hot air to the air conditioner. I forgot to take photos in a hurry. The space in the house is okay. The floor drain is not very smooth. Everything else is okay."

"Start from when we arrive at the train station, because we do not know how to go, and not that far, so, the boss helped us, picking up from the train station. I like the Japanese style toilet also. He also has connections with someone that can drive you to xijiang thousand village, so, you do not need to walk to the train station. Boss also helped me with my Taobao, that I Miss type information inside. Hotels also have a water filter for you to top up your flask. The room is perfectly clean. The layout of the room is also good. At the end of our journey, because we got many suitcases, the handsome boss drove us back to the train station. Thank you so much for the hospitality. I definitely will recommend this hotel to my friend who wants to stay in Kaili south"
