The location is superb, close to both the high-speed rail station and the business district, making commuting quick and hassle-free. Restaurants and supermarkets are readily available nearby, making dining and shopping incredibly convenient. The receptionist, Ms. Li, was very efficient with check-in, providing warm and professional service, and responding quickly to any issues.
The rooms are spacious and bright, with a thoughtfully designed work area. The desk is large with ample power outlets, and high-speed Wi-Fi makes remote work and document processing effortless. The bedding is soft and comfortable, and the excellent soundproofing allows you to completely unwind and get a good night's sleep.
The hotel also features a free self-service laundry room and gym, ensuring a clean and presentable appearance even on long business trips. The breakfast is varied and nutritionally balanced, perfect for starting your day efficiently. The facilities are well-maintained, with attention to detail throughout, making it excellent value for money. I'll definitely choose this hotel for my next business trip!

GGuest UserAll the friendly Reception Counter staffs including the Supervisor were cheerfully receiving us. The Supervisor chatted with us making us so welcomed while her staffs were busy registering us. The cleansing staff greeted us when they saw us walking to our room. The hotel is super clean and looks classy. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The beds were large and comfortable to sleep on. We regret that we had only two days stay in Kaili. We checked out with poignancy. This beautiful hotel is highly recommended. We will definitely come back to this unforgettable Hotel again the next time we visit Kaili.

Hygiene: Clean and tidy, the bedding is very comfortable, and the sofa chair is also very comfortable.
Environment: Near the high-speed rail station, but the location is a little off, not as prosperous as the promotional pictures, it is in a community, a bit of decoration.
Service: The front desk was enthusiastic, and borrowed a computer to clear the memory card. The small cakes sent were also delicious, and there was yogurt.

The room is clean and tidy, spotless, with great attention to detail, and there is no dust even in the corners. The fully intelligent facilities are really convenient. Robots deliver water, laundry reservations are made in the laundry room, and the equipment in the gym is also very new, which meets my daily exercise needs. The best thing is that the selection of toothbrushes and bath products is the most comfortable I have ever used in all the hotels I have stayed in. It seems that the boss is a person who pays great attention to the quality of life. The hotel is very close to the high-speed rail station and the city center, which is perfect for people like me who travel frequently for business.

GGuest UserNext to the hotel is the Cultural Memorial Hall. The surrounding cherry blossoms, smiles, and magnolias are in full bloom. It is also facing the lake. The whole environment is pleasing to the eye. The hotel lobby design is also beautiful and grand, and the room details have various ethnic characteristics. The lake view room has a better view, especially when the lights are turned on at night, the night view is very beautiful, and I even saw people setting off fireworks at night.
Breakfast was delivered to the room, and the variety was very rich, especially the shredded pork noodles with mushrooms, which tasted very good. There seemed to be a lot of spicy oil, but the actual spiciness was not bad. I couldn't help but eat more than half of the bowl. A hotel with good scenery and good value for money. The breakfast is delicious. I will definitely choose it next time.

It was very quiet to sleep at night, and the sound insulation was good. Satisfactory hygiene. The front desk service was very good. They were able to arrange a room for me even when I checked in at around 8am, and they also met my need for a non-smoking room.

Nous avons eu la chance d’avoir eu un surclassement car la chambre réservée initialement n’était pas encore prête vu l’heure précoce à laquelle nous sommes arrivés. Chambre impeccable, avec une jolie vue sur le parc d’à côté. Le personnel de l’accueil est super sympathique et accueillant.
