"The room was excellent and impeccably clean. All the facilities were brand new, and they even used well-known brands. For instance, the air conditioning and water heater were Midea, the faucets and showerheads were Jomoo, and the doors were Meixin. Even the curtains were electric, and the windows were sparkling clean. Overall, my experience was fantastic. Its location, just 700-800 meters from the train station, made it incredibly convenient."

"Stepping into the hotel lobby, the decor felt really high-end, much like a boutique guesthouse, giving off a cozy, home-like vibe. In the room, the bedside had camphor wood that naturally diffused its unique scent, which is supposed to help with sleep and relaxation. The room also had disposable face towels of good quality and bathrobes. Breakfast offered a rich variety of options that cater to different family members, including corn, sweet potatoes, siumai, soy milk, chicken noodle soup, and chicken rice vermicelli. The hotel provided self-service laundry, which was really convenient for our family's needs. The air conditioning was a central split-system, allowing us to choose between hot and cold air. The hotel's Wi-Fi was fast, making both internet browsing and work very smooth. Overall, it was a great experience, and I'd definitely stay here again."

"We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. When we checked in they upgraded our room to a business suite. This was so unexpected and we loved it! It was so comfortable and provide the perfect amount of space so when one needed to work in the evening, the other person wasn’t disturbed. The en-suite bathroom was fantastic - the dual vanity was perfect for both of us to get ready at the same time. Also, it had a massive bathtub and separate shower- great for those who might want to unwind after a long day. The bed was very comfortable and it had great sound proofing. The only drawback was that the AC didn’t work well in the suite- even though we tried to lower the temperature, we weren’t able to bring it lower than 25 degrees. As it is summer, being able to lower the AC would have been helpful as it did get a little stuffy in the room at night. The staff at the front desk were very helpful. From recommendations on how to visit several of the villages we were interested in going to, to recommendations for specific Guizhou dishes to try at the night market, they were so kind and pleasant. The day we checked out it was pouring. The staff were kind enough to lend us umbrellas so we could go for a short walk to get coffee before our trip to the train station. The facilities were great and well maintained. A good really gym with lots of equipment / treadmills/ weights etc so you could work out. It closes at 11pm (as does the laundry). They only have 2 washer/ dryer combinations so while laundry is free to do, it could take a while as the shortest wash cycle was approximately 30 min, and then you still had to factor in dry time (as it’s the same machine). The hotel is located in the center area so there are lots of shops, and huge underground mall, night market, parks, cafe and bakery all within walking distance. As it’s centrally located, it’s very easy for didi to find/ schedule pick up. We loved our time in Kaili and our stay at this hotel. We will definitely return for a second visit!"

"This is my second time staying here. Every time I come here or pass by, I will stay in this hotel for one night. The environment and supporting facilities are very good, the price/performance ratio is very good, the attitude of the staff here is also very good, and the overall hotel hygiene is very clean! "I chose this hotel after seeing its overwhelmingly positive, mostly 5-star reviews, and it certainly didn't disappoint. Firstly, we were pleasantly surprised to receive an extra complimentary buffet meal (valued at 50), even though our deluxe double room booking only included two breakfasts. The breakfast itself was fantastic: served from 7 AM to 12 PM, with a wide selection that even included delicious beef noodles. From 2 PM, the lobby provides complimentary fruit and cake. Guests can also help themselves to coffee and herbal teas there throughout the day. All these amenities were of good quality. The room itself was quite luxurious and thoughtfully designed. A unique feature was having two toilets in the bathroom. They provided both regular and disposable towels, and similarly, reusable and disposable slippers, which were neatly arranged – a nice touch that made us feel well cared for. The mattress was a bit too soft for my preference. However, the hotel kindly provided a firmer mattress topper. While it wasn't a perfect solution, it definitely helped. The third floor also has some basic fitness equipment, which is sufficient for a quick workout. The only thing missing was a swimming pool."

"If you drive to Qianhu Miao Village, I really recommend staying here. Parking is convenient and it is only a few minutes walk from the west gate. The hotel environment and facilities are much better than B&Bs. When you go to the Miao Village to enjoy the view, you can just take a look and take pictures. There is no need to stay in the village, otherwise it will be very physically demanding to carry your luggage and climb up and down the hills in the village. When I got up in the morning, I saw the sea of ​​clouds on the balcony of the room. It was very beautiful and the air was good. There were many people during the May Day holiday. I chartered a car to the Miao Village at the west gate. There was no queue, which was very convenient."

"I chose this hotel because I wanted to be near water, and to be out of the main town (Kaili) - that said, this hotel is just a 20-minute drive from Kaili South Station.... You can't drive to the door of the hotel, so use a map app to help you walk to the hotel from where your taxi drops you off (don't worry, you won't walk far). The hotel has a lovely courtyard, big bright rooms and you can go to the roof to over look the river and parts of Xiasi Old Town. For breakfast when I was there the selection was sour noodles, congee, boiled eggs and pickled cucumber."

"This hotel was a complete delight during my trip to Kaili. Both the front desk and the room attendant were incredibly friendly and always accommodating. They even collected our laundry after our evening outing, and we had it cleaned by the morning. Fruit and desserts were delivered every night, and if we weren't there, they'd ask if it was convenient to bring them to our room. It's also pet-friendly, and while there's an additional fee, it's very reasonable! Highly recommended for families traveling with pets!"
