凱里這家黔呈萬博薈酒店！整體住下來給人感受還不錯房間打掃細緻，環境衞生不錯。大堂很大，視覺效果很好，一點都不壓抑，辦入住中有觀察了大堂，色彩搭配給人視覺效果很好，很雅緻，酒店樓層都很高，服務員給我開的房間在21樓，高層落地窗坐擁開闊高空城景，視野絕佳。客房配備AI語音智能客控，語音操控燈光窗簾非常便捷。晚上睡覺床墊軟硬適中，助眠效果很好的。對我這樣睡眠不好，經常起夜的人來説是福音，房間設施嶄新齊全，前台服務熱情貼心，很用心推薦當地的美食，出行住宿體驗感拉滿，以後有機會來凱里，還是會選擇這家酒店。哈哈哈，這次的體驗感不錯，很少會誇酒店。

Had a wonderful time at this accommodation, the staff (阳阳 and 粟某) were so friendly and attentive even before we arrived, coordinating everything we needed including helping us to charter a private car for our day trips! They even provide a free itinerary planning service and gave lots of great tips and recommendations throughout our stay, checking in on us even when we were out exploring and giving real time recommendations. The rooms were beautiful and well maintained, and breakfast was simple but very satisfying. Overall I highly recommend staying here when in Kaili!

The hotel is conveniently located near the road, making it easy to get around. The lobby is clean and tidy, and the front desk staff are all smiles and very enthusiastic during check-in. They mentioned that after checking in, we could receive complimentary fruit, milk, and soup. They also offer laundry service, where clothes are washed, dried, and returned to the room, with no limit on the number of items or times. All the hotel staff are very welcoming. I'll definitely come back next time!

Having stayed in so many hotels, this one really impressed me! The new Chinese style layout design is warm and elegant, which is my favorite decoration style. The room is clean and tidy, spotless, with great attention to detail, and there is no dust even in the corners. The fully intelligent facilities are really convenient. Robots deliver water, laundry reservations are made in the laundry room, and the equipment in the gym is also very new, which meets my daily exercise needs. The best thing is that the selection of toothbrushes and bath products is the most comfortable I have ever used in all the hotels I have stayed in. It seems that the boss is a person who pays great attention to the quality of life. The hotel is very close to the high-speed rail station and the city center, which is perfect for people like me who travel frequently for business.

The hotel was well-maintained, clean and tidy. Although the facilities were older models, they were well-maintained, indicating excellent room service and management. However, the restaurant was a huge disappointment. Breakfast stopped at 9:30 AM, which was too early. When I arrived at 9:00 AM, all the dishes were empty. I had no idea what was on the empty plates. I only managed to grab some steamed cake, steamed dumplings, and a small piece of greens. Luckily, there was a noodle station where I could get some. There were many other guests waiting with empty plates, and in the end, I only got two plates of stir-fried greens. It was the first time I'd ever experienced not getting enough to eat at a hotel.

The stay was very comfortable. The front desk staff were very welcoming, the location was easy to find, the environment was elegant, and it was close to the bus stop. There were many restaurants downstairs, and the facilities were complete, including a smart home system. The room was clean, tidy, and cozy. When we left, the front desk staff even gave us some snacks. It was great value for money and highly recommended! I would definitely stay here again next time.

The room was okay. There was a bus stop and a food street downstairs, and it was within walking distance of the Guomao and Aegean Sea areas. However, transportation in Kaili itself is a bit inconvenient. In some places, you have to use underpasses to cross the street; there are no zebra crossings. Taxis are not cheap, and sometimes it's difficult to get one, especially near the high-speed rail south station and Xijiang Miao Village.

The receptionist was very friendly and helpful, and check-in was quick. She even thoughtfully asked if I needed late-night snacks delivered to my room in the evening, and sent me a message in the morning to have breakfast delivered to my room. The service was excellent, and I had a very good overall impression of the front desk! The cleanliness was good; the front desk called to inquire about housekeeping and arranged for a staff member to clean, which made me feel very reassured! The bedding was soft and comfortable, greatly improving my sleep quality. Highly recommended! The room was larger than usual, and the facilities were quite complete. It was very convenient to contact the front desk anytime if needed. Overall, the experience was fantastic. This hotel is suitable for both business trips and leisure vacations. The hotel's location is convenient, with plenty of restaurants and late-night eateries nearby. Getting around is very easy, as the street is right outside the door. Despite being a slightly older hotel, the facilities are well-maintained and function very smoothly. The price-performance ratio is excellent; I'm very satisfied with this hotel at this price.

I didn't take pictures. It was already 1.2 in the early morning. When I arrived, no one at the front desk shouted 2 voices. The front desk lady came. When checking in, I also talked to other staff at the same time and said that the car waited and asked the staff to help stop because the parking lot was too narrow for the guests to stop. Then it seemed to be finished, but the front desk was calling again. The room card and ID card were gone. I immediately gave it to me, and then I didn’t tell the number of floors. I didn’t explain the time of the breakfast. (Caused me to miss breakfast the next morning! Or call the front desk in the morning to ask the end time result 9: 30 is over. It's a bit early). After the front desk returned to God, I gave the room card and ID card, and then we went up with our luggage. Summary: The whole process at the front desk was not very enthusiastic and too flat. I didn't explain the specific time node to the guests, which caused me to miss breakfast! Then the room faces the street, and the hum of the car passing by can still be heard when the window is closed. Although the sound does not affect sleep. It is relatively not so quiet. That's it, I hope the hotel will strengthen management.

The business trip is very close, the overall facilities of the room are relatively complete, the air conditioning and shower are OK, the surrounding environment is also good, eating and shopping are relatively convenient, the receptionist is very good and enthusiastic.
