攜程上的第一次差評，給這家酒店了，原因如下：
1、服務態度極其糟糕。剛辦理入住的時候，前台房卡沒弄好，導致我打不開房間，去前台重新刷卡，前台連一句抱歉話都沒有。
2、中午外面吃完飯在大廳等人，口渴問前台能否給瓶水。前台一個男的（上午辦理入住時是個女生）硬邦邦的丟了句，我這沒水，你自己回房間喝去。語氣衹差，態度之惡劣，差點把我弄出內傷。
3、還是水的問題。第二天早上，房間裏的兩瓶水喝完了，問前台能否送一瓶。前台要收到，3元一瓶。我勒個去，普通的那種還不如哇哈哈，農夫水泉的水，要3元。你以為是火車站裡賣東西啊。
4、再説水的問題。洗漱水放了三四分鐘，沒有熱水，電話前台，前台説派人來看看。然後，就沒有然後了，鬼影都沒來一個。等我都準備放棄將就用冷水了，熱水終於出來了。
5、照片的房間拖鞋，美名其曰環保拖鞋，説會反覆消毒殺菌重複使用。哈哈，不點評，大家自己體會去。
還有很多問題，就不一一列舉出來了。寫了這麼多，歸根到底，還是沒有服務理念。希望這個酒店的管理層能看到。
