Hotel room is spacious, sound-proofed and clean.
However, we would like to make the following feedbacks and expect for improvement:
(1) Water leakage of the curb at shower;
(2) It was difficult to use TV remote to control the TV. Not sure if it was the battery problem or signal receiving issue
(3) Vending machines at G/F lobby only accept WeChat and Alipay but not AlipayHK
(4) Taste of food in western restaurant can be improved

I have to say that this three-star hotel has many highlights. This three-star hotel in Kaiping County costs more than 250. Although the price is a bit expensive, it feels worth the money. Highlight 1: There is a robot delivering stewed soup; Highlight 2: Considering the children's clothes, there is a clothes drying pole; Highlight 3: There is a refrigerator with a good cooling effect; Highlight 4: The voice assistant controls the curtain switch and lights; Highlight 5: There are Kung Fu tea sets and soft seats; Highlight 6: The windowsill is also covered with cushions; Highlight 7: The twin room has two 1.5-meter beds. The room was OK, the hot water was very strong, and it was very comfortable to wash my hair and take a bath. The bus from Kaiping South Station stopped downstairs. The bus station to Kaiping Diaolou and Chikan Ancient Town only took a few minutes to walk. I lived on the second floor, and it was quite messy outside the window, with waste water and waste gas, so I didn't dare to open the window.

I booked two rooms this time. There was a problem with the door lock of one of the rooms. Once it was closed, it kept beeping for more than ten seconds. It was very annoying. When I asked to change rooms, I was told that there were no other available rooms. I asked for staff to fix the locks, but no one came. The service is not in place.
There are elderly people traveling with us, and the bathroom is one level higher, making it easy for people to trip and potentially dangerous to the elderly.

I really loved the room. Everything was clean and comfortable. Cito and carina were so helpful and kind. With customer service like that, I will surely book with this hotel again. The only downfall of the room was the air conditioning. It was too hot outside for the thermostat to have restrictions. Other than that, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay!

The entire hotel interior is pink, just right with the recent Barbie wave.
The service is very good. The housekeeper has been in contact with me. I like Chen Qiuyu's service. There is a shuttle bus for pick-up and drop-off, and the room is clean.
A small suggestion, the room lacks a dirty clothes basket and a luggage rack, it is inconvenient to have no place to put luggage;
The room also lacks a Bluetooth speaker, and it is not too much to put a Bluetooth speaker in this price ratio.
Special praise for the barbecue downstairs at night, it's really atmospheric
I hope that the town can have more entertainment facilities for children, and I will take the children there next time.

GGuest UserThe room disposable items have toothbrushes and combs, no shower caps, the bathroom is relatively narrow, there is no shower cap, the shower logo is unknown, the whole head is wet after opening... The bath towel is not thick enough, it feels old, and there is no disinfection smell. The plug location is relatively small, the kettle is by the window, there is no socket, the kettle can be plugged in to cook at the head of the bed, or cooked near the wash basin... Breakfast is also increased... 25 sausage powder, sweet potatoes, eggs... The price is not high, the mattress is also hard, the quilt is thin, and the big bed has two short pillows. I thought it was a high-end homestay. The actual comparison is still private management. It is almost a little bit worth the price comparison. About 600 a night, maybe the Spring Festival is also close to the scenic spot.

I found that the real environment is the same as the online pictures. HHuiExceptional apartment style rooms that is convenient and ofter all the amenities and tools you will need as a home away from home. Our one bedroom suite had on-suite washer and dryer (even hotel's at Hangzhou didn't have dryers), disher washer, fridge, and full stove/oven. All the dishes and detergent were provided and replenished daily. Housekeeping even did my dishes on days I left them in the sink! This hotel is conveniently situated at the city center of Kaiping and most things are within a short walking distance. I found this hotel after having stayed at and leaving another that was unacceptable. TingFeng Hotel staff was in the middle of giving their fourth floor a deep clean and I was able to witness first hand their pride of stewardship of this hotel. Not only did Reception ensure we had the exact room to meet our needs but they went over and above to ensure our stay was enjoyable. Special shout out to the exceptional leadership and great attitude of Cindy at the front desk. I was accompanying my elderly mother back to Kaiping to visit family and have not been back in Kaiping for over 20 years. Along with many of the other concierge staff she help to arrange much of our itinerary while in Kaiping. We felt very safe and secure with her reliability and responsiveness to our needs. Thank you, Cindy! You are truly exceptional and your level of service can be set as bar for any five star hotel world wide.

GGuest User2023.10.02 Stayed for two nights. The house opposite was under construction. The construction started on time at 6:30 every morning. The sound was very loud. Don't even think about sleeping. Friends who have sleep requirements should check in with caution. There is no hair dryer in the double room, so you have to go downstairs to the common area to dry your hair. There is no elevator, so friends staying in double rooms must be prepared to carry their luggage up to the fourth floor. Everything else is very good, clean and tidy, although it is simple but still liveable. The Vietnamese lemon powder in the restaurant is delicious, but the price in the restaurant is not cheap, about 100 yuan per person, and the ** set meal cannot be consumed during the National Day. Breakfast is simple but delicious. You can borrow bicycles for free to go to the nearby fields. We rode to Zili Village, which only took ten minutes, which was very convenient.

The watchtower next to the B&B can be seen in the distance. The overall sanitary environment of the B&B is good. The boss is very nice and talkative. He tells me a lot. The story of the watchtower told me. It is very suitable for a family to stay and enjoy the flowers, grass and sculptures. I will come again in autumn to see the golden waves of wheat.

AAnonymous UserThe road is hard to find. It is recommended to stay here when traveling by car. The house was built in 1933 and has a very Republican atmosphere. You can also rent clothes to take photos on the first floor. The landscaping of the courtyard is also great. It is very hygienic and you can tell that the aunt is very attentive to maintaining it.
We arrived very late, and the aunt would reply promptly and pick us up.
If we get up late, my aunt will leave breakfast until very late for us to get up to eat.
There are a lot of mosquitoes, so just make sure you use mosquito repellent. The aunt will also help you light mosquito coils and there are electric mosquito swatters.
Auntie is very familiar with the plants, landscapes, and architecture of the watchtowers. Overall, it was a great experience.
