經常會帶家人在開遠小住幾天，開遠這幾年城市環境變化真的太大了，鳳凰湖、南正街可以説是開遠的一張名片，到開遠一定要去看看這兩個地方。 這個酒店是親戚推薦的，春節期間在這裏一共住了四個晚上。酒店位置靠近高鐵站，在開遠鳳凰湖邊上，仁者村裡。酒店佔地面積不大，但環境佈置漂亮，房間乾淨。有四個充電車位，其他車位大概有十四、五個。遇到節假日旅遊高峯期會不夠停，不過鳳凰湖周邊有很多車位可以免費停，需要走一段路回酒店。可以看出酒店經營很用心，比如房間裏每天都免費提供零食、飲料、茶包和瓶裝水，有智能語音、送餐機器人服務。自助早餐種類不算多，但中西式都有，紅薯和玉米很甜，食材新鮮。比較適合情侶、家人出遊，自駕出行更方便一些。酒店隔音不好，因為過年期間，每天早上都在一陣鞭炮聲裏被吵醒，真的很無語。還有整個酒店衹有一輛自行車，原本租賃自行車環湖騎行的計劃也落空了。房間裏沒有看到煙霧報警器等消防設施，希望酒店以後能注意到。

酒店設施非常先進，全部都是全自動化的，空調沒有噪音，而且調節温度很快，房間超級大，有兩個電視，兩個衞生間，還有一個衣帽間，客廳有一個很大的皮沙發，床很舒適，客廳和房間都有小圓桌以及小沙發，便於喝茶談事情，觀賞景色；電梯很快，而且沒有噪音，很平穩；早餐餐廳很乾凈，景色很好，外面是户外泳池，服務人員積極迅速，位置離幸福大草原很近，可以步行；離鳳凰湖開車10分鐘，周邊好的用餐的餐廳也比較多，對面有個小超市，可以買各種水果，日用品；華美達酒店一如既往低調的奢華，酒店的一面可能會面臨馬路，車輛倒不多，如果擔心噪音，可以到前台領取耳塞。總之很不錯的酒店，紅色的酒店logo很明顯。有停車位。很方便
