"The hotel's décor exceeded expectations. Many of the ornaments are from the Qing Dynasty and the Republic of China. You can tell the owner put a lot of thought into the design. There are corridors, a fish pond, and a tea room. The rooms are few, but each one is very spacious. The bedding is incredibly comfortable; I even checked out the mattress brand and plan to get a new one when I return. The third-floor observation deck is fantastic, perfect for daydreaming. The staff are friendly and responsive to any requests. The underground parking lot is fantastic, the most spacious I've had on my road trip. It's incredibly safe."

"Facilities: The facilities are okay, the room is equipped with a mosquito killer, and the bathroom is separated from wet and dry, which is relatively good. However, the room was not equipped with disposable slippers, and the non-disposable slippers provided did not have any sterilization label, so I didn't dare to wear them. The landline phone in the room is just a decoration and cannot make any calls at all. The front desk phone can only be dialed through the mobile phone. Hygiene: Hygiene is okay, but there is still dust in the corner next to the bed. Environment: The environment is very good, very comfortable, and the green coverage area is very high. As long as there's no DJ playing on that side of the street, it's still relatively quiet. Service: There is no way to scan the QR code to register at the front desk. You must have original documents, which is very troublesome. Although the front desk staff took the initiative to take us to the room card, they did not inform us of the breakfast location and meal time. This can be improved next time. There is no concierge in the hotel to help with luggage, and there are not many staff members. However, the room staff is very quick to provide disposable slippers at night."

"I didn't have much hope for this hotel. After I came to the hotel, I felt warm. We arrived at the hotel at noon. Due to the early time, the room had not been cleaned up. The guy at the front desk saw that we were elderly and upgraded the room to take care of us. Let us stay in advance. There was a small situation in the room at night, and the young lady at the front desk came to deal with it as soon as possible, helping us change the room and making us feel warm again. In addition to the enthusiasm of the service, the staff's work is standardized, and the sanitation and cleaning are standardized, which makes us feel at home here. For this reason, we stayed for another four days. Thanks again to the hotel staff."
