Το ξένοδοχειο βρίσκετε στην παραλία της Καλαμάτας ακριβώς απέναντι από την Θάλασσα. Όλα τα δωμάτια έχουν φοβερή θέα. Πολύ κοντά από το κέντρο της πόλης αν θέλει κάποιος να την επισκεφθεί και κοντά σε όλα τα αξιοθέατα της πόλης. Στην παραλία βρίσκονται και γραφικές ταβέρνες για φαγητό.Ανετο δημοτικό parking σχεδόν δίπλα στο κατάλυμα. Όμως παλιες εγκαταστάσεις, καθαρό αλλά παλιό που χρήζει άμεσης ανακαινησης!!! Θα μπορούσε κάλλιστα με 55 ευρώ το δίκλινο την βραδιά που χρεώνει να έχει έστω ένα υποτυπώδες πρωινό. Ο ιδιοκτήτης ευγενικοτατος και πρόθυμος. Όμως πρέπει οπωσδήποτε να γίνει ανακαινηση στο κτίριοαι στα μπαλκόνια του. Ελπίζουμε την έπομενη φορά να το βρούμε σε καλύτερη κατάσταση.

Hotel situato a oltre un km da zona porto e oltre 3 dal centro storico, su strada di passaggio che nonostante sia la principale non reca particolarmente disturbo (almeno in settembre). Il rumore del mare durante la notte e la vista dalla finestra sono le uniche cose che salvo. Struttura degli anni 60 e ancora tutto è come allora ma ovviamente usurato. Puzza di fumo e moquette nei corridoi. Accessori bagno vecchi e rivinati. Porte di "cartapesta" con maniglie che non stanno in sede. Biancheria pulita (per fortuna!) ma con buchi. Per fortuna non ho avuto bisogno della coperta che era buttata in qualche modo nell'armadio

Το ξενοδοχείο αθλιότητα.βρωμικο μυρίζει μούχλα παρακμιακό. ΝΤΡΟΠΗ .μας χάλασε το2ημερο στην ΚΑΛΑΜΆΤΑ.Αθανατη ΕΛΛΆΔΑ . κρεβάτια παλιά πετσέτες παλιές βρώμικες μούχλα το δάπεδο καρέκλες χαλιά.η μοκέτες του διαδρόμου για φωτογραφία από βρωμιά

Παλιό ξενοδοχείο που μάλλον προέκυψε απο ανακατασκευή σπιτιού . Εξαιρετική τοποθεσία θέα θάλασσα , κοντα σε μαγαζία και νυχτερινή ζωή . Ο Ιδιοκτήτης καλός και εξυπηρετικός .Αυτά είναι .Αν θέλετε μόνο για υπνο είναι μια καλή και οικονομική λύση . Δεν υπάρχουν χώροι να καθίσεις ή να κάνεις κάτι άλλο εντος του ξενοδοχείου . Επίσης δύσκολο πάρκινγκ

Παλιό ξενοδοχείο , με μάλλον κακόγουστη διακόσμηση, κρεβάτια με στρώματα σκέτη ταλαιπωρία.Δυστυχώς δεν μας έδωσε την αίσθηση καθαριότητας.Τα μόνα υπέρ του, και σημαντικά βέβαια, είναι ότι έχει πολύ ωραία θέα προς τη θάλασσα, με λίγο περπάτημα βρίσκεις όλων των ειδών εστιατόρια και καφετέριες（ αυτό βέβαια συνεπάγεται και πολύ θόρυβο） και ο ιδιοκτήτης είναι εξυπηρετικός και συμπαθής.Ό,τι πληρώνεις παίρνεις...

So first the good parts: It's right across from the beach and the man running it is a nice friendly guy. But to be honest, it's dated, old and not the cleanest. The entire hotel smelled of cigarette smoke. The door handle on my room was literally falling off. The rooms are a decent size, with balconies, fridges and air con and the sheets and bathrooms were clean. But the hallway carpets were stained & dirty and the rug in the room didn't look cleaned in a long time. My balcony had an ashtray with cigarettes still in it. It's walking distance to the row of cafes and restaurants along the boardwalk but it's at the farther end of the beach, so is a longer walk to Kalamata town center. It was cheaper than the alternatives, so the value for money is fairly good and the beach location is nice. Those two points are enough to give this an average score instead of poor.
