"The hotel is newly opened (December 2023) and is in immaculate condition. Our room had a balcony overlooking the street. It has a spa area in the basement which my wife enjoyed. Despite being in the centre of Kalamata we found it to be pretty quiet and did not get our sleep disturbed. There is private parking available about 150m away. The staff were all very helpful and attentive. A tasty buffet breakfast was served in the smallish bar/restaurant area on the ground floor."

"Wonderful hotel across the road from the pebble shore. We were given a big studio with a small kitchen (a 2 burner stove, small refrigerator) table with 4 chairs and a desk area. No usb ports that I found; a few electrical plugs. Huge bed, lots of windows and a patio out one side and the pool with lounges, tables and chairs in front of us. A view across to the sea. The shower area is big and has lots of hot water. The breakfast was wonderful and could be brought to your room or served by the pool. As it's April and too early in the season, the pool is empty. The front desk personnel is friendly, accommodating, and helpful. We dropped in without a reservation and he offered to show me the room and gave a good price 70€ or 80€ with breakfast (2 people). We stayed 2 nights. I'd recommend this hotel!"

"This is a small scale hotel located about 300 metres from the sea front on a genrally quiet road. You can be assured of a warm welcome here from the friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are comfortable and furnished in a contemporary style , including their own blacony. They are also air conditioned for the summer months. There is also a pool on the roof which I made good use of, at the end of the day and before a hearty breakfast. Within walking distance are the seafront cafes and restaurants, as well as the beach, and shops further along the road near the lovely Railway Park. This place is really good value for money: a gem."

"Nice hotel fairly central on the Kalamata beach road. Very friendly staff on check in. Very clean and functional hotel where you only had to cross the road to get on the beach. Only here for one night so nice side room with a balcony with a view of the beach and bay., Not the most spacious room I have been in but adequate for a short stay. Breakfast was functional as it seems to be in Greece. There isn't a car park, but there are no parking restrictions in the roads surrounding the property and I had no problem finding a parking space right next to the hotel."

My assessment was that this is a beautiful, well-organized hotel with polite and helpful staff and comfortable, clean, bright and spacious rooms with corresponding bathrooms. Overall, I was generally pleased with my 2-day stay there and I would definitely choose it again on my visit to the city of Kalamata."

And everything would be good, but on the second day of our stay, a large group of children arrived at the hotel. And the hotel turned into a children's camp. If the children were on the beach, there were no places for other guests anymore. If the children were at the pool, the same story. And where there are many children, it is always very noisy."

"The best hotel we stayed at- the family that owns this hotel has thoughtfully created a space that is both peaceful and centrally located for a wonderful stay in Kalamata. The room was thoughtfully laid out and quiet, with a small balcony. The bed was comfortable and the in-room amenities appreciated. Breakfast was lovely and served in the reception area of what used to be a hospital/birthing pavilion. This is an amazing hotel which repurposed the space beautifully."

"The room was tiny, there was a stain on the bed sheets and a hair in the toilet. Need I say anymore? I checked in, paid the bill, then visited the room and checked out 15min later, after showing the receptionist the findings in the room. I asked for a refund, she said she had contacted the manager and said no. I asked to speak with the manager, she said he would be late, so I left and asked to call me at any time. Of course, he never did. So disappointing experience..."
