Four Seasons Hualalai is a gorgeous Bali-inspired open air resort that evokes a more relaxing and tranquil vibe than the other offerings on the leeward side of the big island. Dining options are excellent. Rooms incredibly well appointed with outdoor showers and great views. Highly recommend.

Have been coming here for many years and the last few years the service keeps getting worse and worse. Today we checked in to our ocean view suite to find water all over the floor. Later, we turned on the ceiling fan and a rotten banana peal fell to the floor. Cabinets were also filthy. We asked for turn down service three times and had to speak to the manager on duty before it came over 2 hours later. Go elsewhere.

The resort has eveything you need including a Pond and protected area in the ocean due to natural rooms to swim and snorkel in. They give you snorkel gear to use! The room was clean and comfortable! I enjoyed the bathtub with the salts and candle they had. The resort is walkable and absolutely stunning. Great shops, food, and coffee! Good pool and beach side service too!

Four Seasons KONA was just outstanding in everything. Luxurious room, genuinely friendly staff and the best hotel breakfast I have had at the Beachtree Cafe. The rooms and the bed OMG! It was a hard decision to leave the room to go to the stunning pools and beaches as part of the resort but we forced ourselves to. There was snorkelling in one of the pools and we fed the MantaRay. Always something to do or nothing at all but relax and enjoy the view.
