Excellent experience. The staff, Pritika and Tanmay, were particularly so warm and hospitable. The room where we stayed had an excellent view. We could see the Kanchenjunga in its full glory from the room , in fact from our bed while sipping through the morning tea. Keep it up! Due to change in weather pattern, we suggest that you have the provision of all AC rooms.

My mom and I travelled to Kalimpong in May 2024, and we had the most comfortable and luxurious stay. This hotel is situated on the hill, so you get really nice views of the mountain. Everyday they have complimentary coffee/tea service in the evening. The hotel staff were all very pleasant and we ate all our meals at the Zodiac dining room, where all the staff always took care of our needs. The breakfast and dinner buffet are excellent with lots of vegetarian choices. Food is always fresh and delicious. Staff are always on top of things and made sure we had everything we needed. Especially the head chef, the managers (I don’t know their names except Pratiksha and Esther), and actually all the staff are very very good. Highly recommend this hotel, please come stay here when you come to Kalimpong. Totally worth the money. We got the room with pool view and we loved having a terrace to sit on and drinking out coffee. Thank you Fortune Hotel!

Very beautiful experience. Everything so perfect. So clean and perfect. Amazing food. Very nice staff. A proper 5 star experience among the beauty of Kalimpong mountains. Beautiful garden. Nice coffee. Very happy to be there. Will always visit again

The beauty, the room, the comfort and specially the staff was just brilliant, so smiling and hospitable. Good food and ambience. Only issue was during noon till night it is very hot and humid in the room, need AC during summer due to global warming

Our stay at Fortune Resort was amazing. The staff is very friendly and welcoming and the ambience overall is very peaceful and beautiful. Mr. Amit, Mr. Mahadeb,Mr.Samrat, Mr. Barun, and Mr. Arijit have been very helpful. The housekeeping is also very good and they could help us out
