Very nice serene place and exquisite food and facilities. Swimming pool, food parks, rooms all were upto the mark. Recommend to everyone. Spl mention about nice cooperative staff Mr Raju, Rumpa, Bimit, Swastik the staff and none less than Sujit Maiti the chef

Pros:
1. View from the room is excellent and it gives you feel like u r in dream. 2. The property is very well maintained. Kudos to the staffs
3. Service is quick
4. Enough space in the room balcony and entry point. 4 food quality is good but taste wise it could be better. Could be better:
1. Stare in duplex room should have more grill, specifically you will fill it if you are with small kid
2. Front desk staff should have more empathy when someone seems to be in problem. Due to flood like situation one root for kalimpong was blocked, but when i talked with hotel rather then suggesting other root or option they suggested to talk to the booking platform (mmt. Both hotel and mm t stay away until i reach the hotel with the help from locals about the alternate root.

Well maintained property and cordial and helpfull staff. however they need to improve in food variety in buffet breakfast, amenities in kids play zone. they need to really look into the flooring of wash rooms, always bad damp and wet. Lights are dull. this is my second visit to the place and expected some improvements.
