Best vacation we’ve had as a couple! The resort is stunning, service is excellent especially in Masari restaurant! Lots of different pools, restaurants and all beautifully designed. The best part that’s it all right next to the private beach. In our option this is simply the best resort in Rhodes.

Amazing resort right on the beach with perfect vibe around the pool and a selection of interesting things to do in resort. Just 15 minutes away from Rhodes town. The breakfast and restaurants experience was beyond expectations. I highly recommend it

Sehr gutes Hotel, Anlage und Zimmer top gepflegt. Das Hotel wird als Adults Only geführt, das Schwesternhotel Helea daneben ist für Familien gedacht. Das Elissa ist natürlich viel entspannter und ruhiger als Helea. Die Zielgruppen sind somit total abgesteckt. Alle Mitarbeiter sehr bemüht und freundlich. Speziell hervorheben möchte ich Konstanza vom Restaurant Masari, immer ein Lächeln auf den Lippen und versucht, den Gästen die Wünsche von den Augen abzulesen. Die Anlage wird laufend geputzt, damit sie den Preis auch gerecht wird. Die Zimmer sind zweckmäßig und sauber, an sich alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Es sind viele Pools in der Anlage verteilt, sodass hoffentlich niemand eine Liege reservieren muss. Leider machen es manche trotzdem und keiner tut etwas dagegen. Diese Unart setzt sich leider überall dort. Ich möchte extra das Ellavated Bliss erwähnen. All inlcusive auf einer anderen kulinarischen Ebene. Man kann in den A la carte Restaurants und im Hauptrestaurant, je nach Tageszeit, essen. Das Hauptrestaurant ist ok, viel Auswahl. Da wir im Mai waren, war es auch nicht überlaufen. Die Spezialitätenrestaurants, vorallem das Masari, sind sehr zu empfehlen, top Gerichte, große Portionen. Das Frühstück, Breakfast Stories, das man nur im AI und in bestimmten Suiten bekommt, war toll. Für jeden frisch zubereitet, schmackhaft und mehr als genug. Leider konnte unser Fleisch im Fourni (Grillrestaurant) bei Weitem nicht an die tollen Vorspeisen anschließen. Wichtig zu wissen ist noch, dass beim all inlcusive nur Weine bis 50€ dabei sind; die Weinkarte ist relativ teuer, somit sind nur wenige dabei. Das ist schade, weil man muss auch den Gesamtpreis der Flasche zahlen und nicht nur die Differenz zu den 50€. Sollte man auf der Homepage erwähnen. Was leider auch nicht funktioniert, ist das Nachfüllen der Nespresso Kapseln. Sogar nach mehrmaliger Anforderung wurde das leider nicht erledigt. Wegen dieser beiden Punkte 1 Stern Abzug.

My friend and I were both in need of some down time and space to relax and found Elissa resort scrolling through the many options. When we arrived we were taken away by the beautifully minimal and stylish design of the hotel, a theme that echoed throughout all spaces. There was a sense of calm and luxury that was to be found by the many pools, the restaurants and more importantly the rooms. You can sense that time and effort has been taken to ensure every detail has been considered to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. The front of house staff were gracious and helpful in our check in. At first we were not happy with our room as it has an obstructed view of the ocean and the team worked super quick to find an alternative within 24 hours. We would spend our mornings on the balcony reading and taking in the beautiful sea views. The Guest Services team were always on hand with suggestions and tips on where to go locally for food and sight-seeing and again were super helpful with any queries we had. The team were exemplary in every aspect of customer service. I would suggest that you hire a car if you are staying for a few days and driving around. A round trip to the old town is about €30. We preferred going to the old town for dinner to get an idea of local tastes and food and there are some great options available for all.

Amazing honeymoon, love it. Breakfast is very good. Best place for relaxation. Cost ony 15 euro to city center. 14 different pool is waiting for you. I love guest relations. No child on the hotel. Hotel was so clean and new. I am going to stay there again in this year.

Excellent view to the sea, nice location, perfect stay at a nice Pool Villa, friendly stuff, especially Kostanza from Masari, she made our breakfast always special! But what was really fantastic that we‘ve got. a free T-Roc Cabriolet during our stay! The only critical thing we have to say was, that the outdoor sunbeds and armchairs were not clean.

Aesthetically this place is absolutely beautiful. You get the feeling of grandeur with modern vibes. The staff are friendly and welcoming and can’t do enough for you (to a level). Now, we had problems with our air conditioning and I reported it 4 times and it still wasn’t sorted. There was a gap in the window as it wasn’t sealed to the wall and Rhodes can be quite windy and there was a whistling throughout the night. The skirting boards throughout our suite were grubby and needed a proper clean. As there were 2 of us, I asked for sun lounger but was told I couldn’t have one even though other rooms had 2. We had a few issues but overall our stay was great. Really enjoyed the pools, the beach area and facilities. The gym could do with a.few more bits but that’s it. Would recommend staying here and hopefully this beautiful hotel picks up on the shortfalls for their guests

There are not enough words to express how amazing the staff at the resort are, from the first day we arrived (thanks to the amazing valentina) we were made to feel comfortable at at home, we only ate at masari, but the sushi was amazing! We had a suite with a shared private pool and although the pool could have been warmer and the bed could have been more soft, the view from our room was sensational, I would not hesitate to go back thank you for making our experience unforgettable!

Tolles Hotel mit sehr sehr freundlichen Mitarbeitern im Service und bei der Rezeption. Ich war bereit ein zweites mal hier. Einzig bei den Speisen ist die Qualität zum Vorjahr etwas gesunken. Einzig die Matten der Liegen gehören dringend gereinigt. Wir werden wieder kommen!
