Stayed for a week as a couple. Overall wasn't bad: rooms OK, bathroom OK, fast check-in, nice pool, good location: silent but in walking distance to shops, party, restaurants etc. I'd would even say it was okay for the money - except THREE POINTS - do yourself a favor and book WITHOUT BREAKFAST if you can. Or at least don't opt for here if you want a room with breakfast. You'd anyways double-spend after the first day. I've honestly never or rarely seen such a poor breakfast in a hotel or accommodation. Even cheap hostels in India or Cambodia doing better! - Standard-Rooms have an AC too but will only work for an extra of 7€ per day. Not per 24h use, just per calendar day! Of course, no fans in the room so that the chances higher for AC bookings. I don't complain extra charge for AC, but should count operational hours, not time hours. And, rooms should be equipped with fans as a standard - I never trust in places, so I don't leave valuables in the room. So, I don't care - 1 but wanted to mention that the rooms have no lockers! ❗️There are lockers close to the reception and it comes with a extra charge of 10€ per week or 15€ for two weeks. Never seen this before. The best might have been the restaurant/taverna next to the hotel. Very very good!

It was a really bad experience... dirty rooms, air conditioner leaking water inside, ants everywhere, inedible breakfast in a dingy room. We left after two nights, we should have stayed for 10 days, but we would have ruined our holidays! Among other things, we didn't come across any other customers, it looked like a ghost house!

The toilet did not work at all. The shower did not work properly. The bed was rock hard. The aircondition cost 7 euros for each day even tho it says included om the booking website. The pictures online were only of the expensive rooms so you have no idea what you are getting until you are there. The rooms were really bad quality and the breakfast was not good either. The only good thing about the place is the staff that was really friendly.

A family run hotel with very nice owners. Cleaning was below standard. Bathroom walls, mirrors, taps, etc. were not clean. Found old socks and quick after previous guests. Incredibly painful, hard beds, the pillows were lumpy things. Nice pool, but the edges around it need a proper high pressure washer to remove green. The place itself was well located, within walking distance to the beach and the centre. Positive that it was a quiet area. Would happily return to Faliraki, but not to this hotel.

Very dated, unprofessional (hotel) accommodation. You can't call it a hotel. Breakfast very poor, nothing is cooled, no coffee maker but a kettle with limescale on all sides and a jar of Nescafe next to it. First check whether the dishes are clean. The same every day, check the tomatoes and cucumber first, they were really not fresh, even spoiled once. The room simple mattresses were planks so hard. The balcony view was a bush so there were a lot of mosquitoes. Really couldn't do without air conditioning, so we spent an extra 7 euros every day, not at this time, we thought that was included, which is normal. In our view, the owner is an exploiter, he is not active and really does nothing for his guests. Nothing is done about the garden and the swimming pool stinks and is just green. NO NEVER AGAIN FOR US AND ADVISE EVERYONE TO STAY AWAY FROM HERE!!!!!!!!

Worst hotel I've stayed in the past 10 years! It had a beautiful garden, which turned out to be a plague, because the mosquitos 🦟 where thriving in it,making it impossible to sleep with the door or windows opened, wich incredibly, didn't had any mosquito nets. So now we were stuck inside the room with the mouldy smell from the old furniture and air conditioning(which we almost never use otherwise) which we have to pay extra 7 euros per day. The breakfast was simply dreadful: the cheapest products you will find to buy,the same every single day(since ...forever accordingto other reviews),eggs boiled the day before and the worst, the hot water was in a kettle that had its inner paint blended with the hot water, simply undrinkable. The coffe was awful. The vegetables and fruits were from the fridge. The pool was dirty and the water smelled. The personnel was unfriendly and unprofessional. But the worst nigh**are of any traveler, the beds matrices were of the worst quality, the bed frame old and squeaky and the pillows seemed they had lumps of stones in them. We had to take two more days of holiday in order to get some rest to start our work, because we returned from this holiday very tired. Except from the decent location, this hotel.is a very bad experience. I wouldn't recommend it even to my enemies. Stay away

Very low standard of the hotel. The room was clean but poorly equipped. Air conditioning in the room costs an additional fee of EUR 7 per day (if you do not pay, you will not receive a remote control from the reception to turn it on). The bathtub in the bathroom was so small that my husband could barely take a bath. The hotel swimming pool area stinks of sewage and you can't use it. Breakfasts are worse than in the school canteen 20 years ago. Every day, yellow cheese, two low-quality cold cuts, cucumber, tomato, hard-boiled egg, feta cheese, Greek yogurt, jam, two types of milk flakes, canned peaches and watermelon - after a week you don't want to eat breakfast anymore.
