Fantastic Hotel. We had a swim up room which was lovely. Food and service in the hotel was amazing. Rooms were lovely and cleaned daily. 10 euro taxi into the centre of Falaraki if you wanted to get out with the hotel not having any entertainment . Overall, would highly recommend

The Staff: The staff were all lovely, extremely accommodating and couldn’t do enough for you. When we first arrived, the man at the reception, as lovely as he was, he struggled with the language and we struggled to understand him as it was very mumbled. As it was 2am, after 6 hours of delays, we smiled and nodded away and just wanted to get to our rooms. He told us that because the restaurant had closed before we got there, he’d left us some food in the room which we we’re grateful for as we had paid to eat that night. Hoping for a sandwich as previously noted in other reviews, we found one sad looking cling filmed plate of a bit of what can be presumed as spaghetti bolognese, some cheese, rice and a jalapeño. We were both starving and had no other option but to suck it up. As the week went on, some pool staff were visibly more irritated and were not happy. Service lacked a little and became more disappointing due to the high standards set when we first arrived. Taxis in Faliraki are a fixed rate of €13, and from or to the hotel is €34, which the hotel are more than happy to ring for you. The Room: A great a**osphere, lovely and clean everywhere as well as quick efficient maintenance to rooms if needed. Maids always cleaned to an exceptional standard everytime. The rooms are barely soundproof, you can still hear the carpark, buses turning up to collect or drop others off, maids on their walke-talkes and them buzzing themselves into rooms, as well as phones ringing at reception. Our double room was two singles pushed together, though very comfortable. The TV is rubbish, doesn’t connect to anything besides a few news channels and screen mirroring only works with Samsung phones. The Balconies allow next door to see into bedroom if they stand at the end of their balcony. Very small towels, and very slippy shower. Our rooms view was an unfinished building and dusty sort of garden area. After reading other reviews, this hasn’t changed since before 2019 so 4 years plus must’ve been enough to have planted some trees or something to rectify that. The food: The breakfast choices were good, options included cereal, pastries, hot food, and sweet choices, fruits and juices as well as coffee and toast. If you didn’t get down quick, although they slowly top up the food throughout, if you wanted something specific you might’ve been left with a few scraggly bits leftover. A La crate menu not worth what you pay, in 37 degree heat we didn’t want soup or hot appetisers so we mainly went for mains and occasionally dessert. Some of the soups were strange too, “Lemonade Chickpea”, and “Cauliflower Cream”. Not really what you’d expect to pair with Greek Meze. Meals we’re warm at best, precooked and plated as soon as you ordered for speed. Salads and desserts could be seen plated in the kitchen and waiting for someone to turn up to bring it out. Desserts usually hard, having been waiting for a few hours and any sauces or syrups basically solidified to the plate. Thou

The Hotel sits on a steep hill with a stunning view of the bay. It is a modern and beautiful hotel. We hired a car from the airport so we got around ok. The Staff: The staff were all very polite and friendly. When we arrived, the gentleman at reception was lovely and very welcoming. The Room: It was a good size, clean with a fridge, safe, a kettle and good WI-FI. The aircon works well too. The bathroom, however, is very small and compact, and the shower door was not fully enclosed, so water leaked onto the floor every time we took a shower. Every now and again there was a strange smell in the room - but we didn't spend too much time there so overlooked it. The rooms were cleaned daily, and towels were exchanged when required. The Pool The pool area is so lovely. Nomatter what time we went down we could always get a sunbed. The pool staff are friendly and clearly work very hard. The pool is a great size, and the pool bar food was very good. The food was delicious and they had a varied menu which we really liked including pizzas, sandwiches, burgers, salads etc. The only thing we didn't like was that the pool closed at 6 pm. It was very hot and for an adults only hotel we hoped it would be open for a bit longer. The hotel food: Breakfast was good with lots of options, including cereal, pastries, eggs, sausages, pancakes, fruits, and juices, as well as tea, coffee, and toast. The A La Carte menu at dinner, however, was rather disappointing. The food was served luke warm - if you order soup for starters, you'd expect it to be served hot, but it was stone cold like it had just come out of the fridge! Although warm, the mains were overall pretty good. The food was presented well, and my partner and l enjoyed it, but the portions were a bit small. A few other guests we spoke to also complained about the portion sizes. Desserts were even tinier, and you only got one between you, which l found odd. It would have been nice to have some of the pool bar options available at dinner as both portion size and quality were good. We ended up eating out the last 2 nights of our stay. After dinner, there is nothing to do. It's very quiet, they provide no entertainment whatsoever. There we no English TV channels except the news. We were celebrating our anniversary and informed the hotel in the special requests. The Hotel acknowledged this and sent us a message saying they would do something to make our stay memorable. However, we didn't receive anything and there was no mention of it. Overall we had very high expectations from having read some of the reviews, and we were left a bit disappointed. I think it could be great - there is definitely some room for improvement.

We spent 11 nights at the Atalanti in early July. On arrival the hotel is very impressive, the boutique finish and stylish decor is of a very high standard throughout. The beautiful pool area is definitely the star of the show, with stunning views from the infinity pool out to Faliraki Bay, friendly Peacocks for company and no matter what time of day you can take your pick of sun loungers (in sun or shade). The bedrooms are designed in a minimalistic style, I’ve read comments about a lack of storage, but we asked for extra hangers and they arrived the following morning. The cleaning team work incredibly hard and maintain a high standard throughout. If I had one suggestion, as others have said before, I think more could be made of the evening dining experience. The dining room is a little clinical and service can seem a bit rushed. There’s an excellent pool bar and also a courtyard area with seating in the centre of the hotel, which could maybe be put to better use. When you think of Greek dining, long nights spent in quaint Tavernas come to mind, it would be nice to somehow replicate that but with a modern twist? That said, the quality of food is excellent and the waiting staff were really hard working, friendly and couldn’t do enough for the guests, so its still a 5 star experience for us. In terms of the location, yes its a distance from Faliraki, but that was exactly what we wanted, a peaceful relaxing holiday. Its why, after doing our research, we chose this hotel. We still managed to walk down five or six times during our stay and you don’t need to be an Olympic athlete to manage it!! If you’re looking for a relaxing, 'get away from it all' adult only break then this place is for you.

So let me tell you a little something about the Atalanti Boutique Hotel… Located on a peaceful mountain surrounded by nature ~ a big party of peafowl with their gorgeous plumage and wonderful bays this place gives you instant good vibes. The heavenly infinity pool ~ delicious food ~ modern spic and span rooms and unique originally boutique style totally contribute to a terrific stay. AND…f it wasn’t for the great crew of beautiful people working there where would we be? It is also because of them that our vacation was total bliss.  So a big thanks and much gratitude for these guys: the super sweet Stelios and Paulo always friendly and with a smile, the cook Kostas with his delightful food always working magic in the kitchen (I had the yummy fish many times ;)), Constantinos at the reception always caring, the master of cocktails himself: Giannis at the bar, a true wizard with his drinks who we totally can recommend (loooove the PornStar Martina with passion fruit!) and off course all of the other beautiful people doing their upper best. So grateful!  Love and a big hug from Katrien and Jade – Belgium Antwerp

A really beautiful hotel with a Nice view. Beautiful peacocks are walking freely around. The food in the restaurant in the evening is terrible. Frozen vegetables and a very rushed dinner. Feels like they just want you to finish your meal as fast as possible. Really nice staff by the pool - especially the bartender! Very cool guy! And he seems like he really enjoys his job. The same goes for the cook in the pool. Very happy little lady, who actually can cook! Her food was better than the food the restaurant offered in the evening. The morning buffet was alright. Not the best, not the worst. The rooms were alright. The bed was comfortable, but there is no place to put your clothing. Not cabinets or closet, so you are kinda living in your suitcase which is not very pleasant.

My partner and I stayed here for a week and the hotel has a lot of positives; the gorgeous pool area with stunning views, friendly staff, modern rooms and even the peacocks (peacocks live in the hotel area so they make appearances throughout the day and at night but are very friendly). A special thanks to Constantines at the reception desk who went above and beyond giving my boyfriend and I recommendations of places to go while we were in Rhodes and providing us with good chat - a true gentleman! The only downfalls for us was the location - it was a bit further out than expected so we had to spend a lot of money on taxis getting to other parts of Rhodes such as the old town, Kallithea and Faliraki town centre. It’s close to Anthony Quinn and Ladiko beach though which were both lovely. We also thought the dinners at night could be a bit more varied (it was mainly traditional Greek and cooked well) but that’s down to personal taste as we prefer other types of food. During the day at the pool bar other types of foods can be ordered which we enjoyed a bit more. Overall, we had a lovely stay at a clean, welcoming and modern hotel. Thanks to the staff.
