We arrived back last night from a fantastic week. Like many, we were so worried and wondered if we were doing the right thing after reading reviews on here. On arrival reception staff were so lovely and helpful. One of the staff took us to our room in a golf buggy with the cases. We were given room 801 which is a little bungalow room near the water park, was lovely. One bedroom with a super comfy king bed. In the main living area enough beds for 4 (bunk beds and two singles). The cleaner came every day, cleaned, made beds, fresh towels and new toilet roll. Food - we ate like kings and queens. Including my children, one autistic who is quite picky. Exactly the food and drink selection you expect at an all inclusive. Good selection each day. Salads amazing. Oriental night a favourite with my family. Staff work their butts off, constant clearing tables, cleaning, showing people to tables. All so lovely and polite. Pools - always clean. Lifeguard always checking the area. Has a first aid kit if you need any help. My daughter had a bite and he applied some cream. Our only negative is the sunbeds, lots of damaged/unusable ones. We did manage to get beds each day though. We went to main pool earlier and then moved to the water park in the afternoon, could always find beds there too. We walked to Falaraki for shops etc, only a 10 minute walk out of hotel. We got a bus to Rhodes town one evening. Bus stop on opposite side of road from hotel, buses every 20 mins, air con bus. Super easy. Animation team work their socks off, they are non stop all day and then do the evening shows too. Evening entertainment good, kids disco followed by quick bingo game and then show starts about 10pm. All in all, we had a fantastic holiday. Would definitely recommend and go back. Couldn’t complain about anything. All the staff are lovely and don’t stop working hard all day.
