Hotel to avoid. Not up to 4 stars, I would say 2 stars at most. We arrive for our first night, we are given a room on the 2nd floor so we take the elevator and surprise, it only takes you to the first floor, the second you have to go up the stairs. Then we discover the room at first glance, it's okay. We come as a couple and we realize that we were given a room with two separate beds, how can I tell you that all week we slept on our own. Shower not at all practical, we put water absolutely everywhere in the bathroom. Then there is the restaurant. In the morning there is really not much choice and the foods are really borderline… Orange juice which is not orange juice but water with syrup…. Same for all drinks, whether coke or otherwise. We arrive around 8:30/9 a.m. there is already almost nothing left even though the restaurant closes at 10 a.m. Same for the evening, we arrive to eat at 8 p.m., there is nothing left even though it closes at 9 p.m. The bar is not great, the cocktails are not quality at all, especially since for French people, it doesn't even explain what is possible, there is no menu , nothing… Just 3 cocktails displayed on a sign that changes every day. Suffice to say that All inclusive is not worth it. Hotel not very well located if you don't have a car. Rental must be taken otherwise you will have to walk to get to the city center... at least thirty minutes or even more. If you want to go and discover other cities, that’s better too. I hadn't looked at the reviews before booking, I looked only afterwards and I was apprehensive. All the criticisms of this hotel are well justified. There are plenty of other much better ones for barely more money! Go look elsewhere! Hotel also in poor taste, very old with some damaged furniture in the rooms and the cleaning in the hotel is poor... dust everywhere, cobwebs... traces on all the windows, etc...
