It is not bad resort and the service was great when I checked in because I was very early and they let me check in and store my luggage and even let me use their staff’s fridge to store my cold food.
But after I got my room in the afternoon I use the shower and find that the water is really yellow then I spoke to the receptionist and tell them my concern and she told me that it had nothing to do with them it is the area water supply and should be OK tomorrow. The next day I check again and the hot water still very yellow and I check the cold water but it was very clear therefore I am very sure is not the water supply got problem. So I went to the reception again and reported this and the duty manager went to my room and checked the hot water and even take a video but said they will let me know. And the end I have finished my holiday and still have not received any update why the hot water is yellow. I am very disappointed with the hotel.

I’ve stayed in Esperos Palace Resort a few times before and I love it here. The hotel is gorgeous and the sea view room is my absolute go to.
Staff is extremely kind and always welcoming with a smile. Their buffet breakfast is super large.
Easy access to Faliraki and Rodos city.

Fabulous Resort
Fabulous resort to stay. We got upgraded to a suite which was just luxurious. Stella & Anastasia at reception were extremely courteous, helpful and assisted us with our various needs. Maria at the restaurant was so friendly & welcoming. Her advice as to where to go & what to see in Rhodes was spot on!

Nice hotel with not so nice personel
Nice hotel and pool area. You could here your neighbours in the bathroom. Friendly personel, but not too helpfull. Hotel restaurant personel were not very welcomming. Overall a pleasent stay.

Das Beste vorweg: Die MitarbeiterInnen waren super und wirklich für ihre Gäste da. Vom Barkeeper George, der individuelle Drinks mischte, über die Bedienung Marina, die immer fröhlich alle Wünsche erfüllte. Natürlich auch der Roomservice. Die Lage des Hotels ist gut, Faliraki nicht sehenswert und eher heruntergekommen. Aber Rhodos ist immer eine Reise wert. Die Schwierigkeiten lagen darin, dass neben dem gebuchten Esperos Mare eine Baustelle lag und wir ins Esperos Palace "upgegraded" wurden, wobei wir für die all incl. Leistungen immer ins Mare wechseln mussten. Am Strand war ein Teil der Sonnenschirme schon zerfetzt und das Hotel begann zum Ende der Saison immer mehr Liegestühle wegzuräumen, wodurch es notwendig wurde, vorhandene Liegen selbst wieder aufzustellen. Trotzdem haben wir uns wohlgefühlt (siehe oben)
