I booked the hotel well in advanced last year. I really enjoyed my 5 nights stay in the hotel. The hotel has a nice comfortable Room with fantastic view of the beach and sea. I love the food that the hotel offers. They do not only have a usual Buffet but as well special menu that was perfectly prepared by star Chef, see one example on the foto. Another big point , the Staff of the hotel are so friendly, very welcoming and provide best service to let us enjoying our stay.

Seemed very quiet when we first visited as lots of local shops were closed and we were told it was right at the start of the season. Because of this the hotel was very quiet but that was fine for us. Both outdoor pools, lazy river and indoor pool were all still open for guests. Reception staff always happy to answer questions and, having gone for the half board option, we were able to have lunch some days instead of dinner if we wanted to go out. Entertainment was still running throughout the day and evening and they were lovely, especially Betty who made time to go round and speak to everyone. Bar staff were also lovely and chatty, George and George in the ****** bar always making jokes with guests and very accommodating. Food was lovely with lots of options, always something for both of us. Room was clean and beds comfy. Overall a lovely stay and would definitely go back but would consider going slightly after the start of the season so that we could also enjoy the local shops and restaurants.

We were so excited to stop in this 'luxurious' hotel for my sister's wedding however that 'luxurious' feel was definitely not what we were offered at all. After only an hour of unpacking in the room, we realised you only had to lean on the door to open it- you didn't need a door card at all. After reporting this to reception and the handy man appearing, he did a little bending of the door frame with plyers 'to just about secure it-' great handy-work there! The room was a further let down as we had paid extra for a sea view room and were given the room behind the back of reception- room 5. The view of which consisted of tall bushes and if you looked into the distance far enough, you just about made out the sea. The two 'single' beds pushed together to form a twin, slid across the floor as either party got close to the centre- you dare to hug one another just in case you ended up on the floor. Down the side of one of the mattresses was either old poo or blood. The room fixes were all bodge- jobs, from poor grouting to cracked bathroom mirrors and someone else's hair on the floor. You could only eat in certain restaurants if you were 'all inclusive' which caused problems for some of our family that had only paid half-board- you were segregated to different sections. Certain bars were not all inclusive- a disjointed feel to the hotel. Not only this, but on the last few nights we had a leak from the ceiling, straight in front of the door to the toilet. Thank god we were awake and noticed this, as if we hadn't, our toddler would of walked out of bed and ran to the toilet in the morning like he normally would, and had a serious accident. Again, a handy man was sent out, said something in Greek, signalled he needed a part and packed it out with towels. On multiple occasions, we had asked to move rooms as this was not what we paid for. We were told we couldn't due to 'high season' and there been no other rooms available. The wedding was great, the area was lovely but this hotel was utterly a shambles and for the cost, there are so many better hotels in the area for less money actually! Even after emailing post holiday to the hotel, they think that there is nothing wrong with the room they provided us with. This says so much for the customer service they so called pride themselves on. Would never stay here again or recommend this hotel at all.

A good half board address. Room on the 7th floor with view, quiet hotel The evening meal is very good, the breakfast more ordinary The fitness center could be more extensive and air-conditioned.

I have been coming to Rhodes for many years, but this past year I decided to stay at the Esperos Palace for the first time. I arrived at around 9 a.m. Of course my room wasn't ready, but I was allowed to go straight to breakfast. That was a very nice start as I had only booked half board (which actually only starts with dinner). The restaurant is quite large, but not too loud. I was very lucky to end up at Emilia's by chance. Emilia looks after the guests very attentively and lovingly. She made it very easy for me to feel comfortable here. The food is varied and delicious. There is a specific theme every evening. If I could wish for something here, I would wish for more Greek dishes. In general, however, I was very satisfied with the food. I also found all of the staff to be very attentive and friendly. Whether it was the chambermaids (who did a great job), the gardener or the hotel manager. I felt very welcome at all times. The complex is very well maintained and is right by the sea. I had booked a room with a sea view. The extra charge was absolutely worth it. The view was great. I can absolutely recommend the hotel.
