Zeer proper hotel met voldoende glijbanen en zwembaden voor kleine kindjes. De kamers zijn wel wat gehorig. Het eten is niet heel variabel maar iedereen vindt wel zijn ding. De animatie is zeer energiek en probeert iedereen er bij te betrekken maar zeker niet opdringerig.

We visited right at the start of the season. It was amazingly quiet and the weather was great. We had a ground floor room, dated but spacious. The beds were made and bathroom bins emptied. I had to keep asking reception for bottled water, this is meant to be left daily. Food was good, the staff were amazing and couldn't be more helpful. Free beach towels daily, entertainment to be fair was reasonable. One awful screachy girl on the animation team, in the evenings, which made us sit outside! I wouldn't visit at the height of the season, I can imagine you would struggle with sun beds. We had a great time, and we would come back but not during the busy months. Lovely gardens nice beach and good pool area.

The resort is lovely and a great place to be. The staff are very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable of the island. You are only 20 mins on a bus from the old town, very much worth a visit, bus fair is cheap. The private beach is a great place to relax for a day with everything included, sun loungers, umbrella and towels. The pool is accompanied with a pool bar, seating area and arcade which is a great place for a few quiet drinks in the evening away from the entertainment. The staff put on shows in the evening and outsourced entertainment is put on in the evening in another bar overlooking another pool, which can vary on quality, we were lucky we saw a great singing trio from South Africa. The food is nice and varies each night in a spacious dining room. The only reason why this doesn’t get 5 stars is the fact that when you’re in your room, you can hear everything in the corridor and sometimes in the other rooms down the hall. We also had cleaners attempt get in our room at 7:30am when we were asleep, when we had a sign on our door saying do not disturb. The shower is also just a shower curtain in the double rooms which can causing some flooding in the bathroom if not careful, would have appreciated a stand alone shower with a screen. Well worth a visit though and a thoroughly enjoyable holiday.

Bij aankomst best mooi hotel vriendelijk ontvangst, konden nog eten laat na onze vlucht. Maar de kamer waar wij zitten best gedateerd kan opfrissing gebruiken, en zeker airco installatie deze werkt in dit gedeelte gewoon niet , blaast lucht en daar is het dan met gezegd ... Laten weten aan receptie en komen kijken, zeggen ja klopt niet hij doet niet wat hij moet , zullen het bekijken, geen andere kamer als optie en 2 dagen later nog geen airco, andere kamers hier op de gang moeten blijkbaar ook savonds deuren en ramen open zetten om frisse lucht binnen te krijgen.... Worden aangeboden met airco, maar ventilatie die lucht blaast .... Is dus geen airco....

Hele fijne vakantie gehad. Super kindvriendelijk hotel. Kamer zijn goed, als we een minpuntje moeten geven is het een droogrekje dat we gemist hebben en de douche die niet opgehangen kan worden is ook jammer. Voor de rest alles in orde. Fijne zwembaden, lekker eten en drinken. Genoeg plek om te liggen, ook bij de zee veel plek en dicht bij de zee.

Lovely hotel with modern decor and clean pools, lots of facilities and a lovely beach. Buffet is amazing, new theming of food each night which makes a change to other resorts who stick to the same menu. Live music and water sports at the beach. Only downside is the rooms are slightly dated and beds are hard with a small bathroom however this could be a 5 star resort if this was upgraded. Very good location to faliraki and the buses. 4 different bars and two restaurants and snack bar. Incredible overwhelming choice of different foods. Waterslides on site too. Staff are very friendly and lots of entertainment, definately a family resort, expect lots of children and families.

Excellent hotel and service. We have been on numerous all inclusive holidays and would rate this one as good as the best we have been on. The restaurants all be it are buffet style the food is fresh and well presented, the waiting staff are always on hand to help. One of a very few hotels/ I would say is worth a return trip.

Not 4* compared to others very nearby. It is a hotel of two halves. What's good is pretty decent - the pool area, proximity to beach, the 'newer' areas, general cleanliness, friendliness of entertainment staff and one or two of the others. However, on balance, the shortcomings outweigh the positives. The main dining room is like Butlins circa 1974 and the tepid (at best) food is of appalling quality. The vast majority of the staff are surly, apathetic and just not suited to customer service roles, this is a fault of management who seem to wander around but don't really achieve a great deal or manage anything. Rooms are small and tired but the a/c does work, they are clean and the water is hot. In general there is a lack of a**osphere unless the well meaning entertainment are in the vicinity. They move in a pack, which in itself is entertaining. It isn't a bad hotel but it's better suited to families and I wouldn't rate it as 4*. Just a trifle odd.

Hello everyone. My name is Bartek and I have just returned with my family from a holiday in this hotel. It was super fun and the animation team provided us with additional attractions related to activity, fun, games and an evening show. The children are delighted. The hotel inside is very modern. Food and pools great. The staff is always smiling and willing to help. There really is a lot to see and explore on the island. We would like to thank the entire hotel staff for the nice time we spent there. I recommend
