酒店空間寬敞，雖然設備有啲舊，但係很乾淨房間很衛生。感覺是這五天女最好的一間酒店。但由於地方比較偏遠，需要自駕遊才方便，另外泊車免費的

老牌日本酒店，外國客人幾乎沒有。服務人員都很親切有禮。退房的時候酒店社長還幫我們搬運行李👍。早餐是定食，種類雖然不是很多，但都是現做的很新鮮，特別是早上現烤的麪包，對於我來説不能抗拒。下次還會入住😊

リピート利用です。部屋が広く掃除が行き届いており相変わらず清潔。価格は高いですがそれに見合っていると感じます。チェックインが遅くなり朝食の希望が通りませんでした。和食希望でしたが、すでに和食の空きはなく仕方なく洋食へ。チェックインが遅れる連絡を差し上げていましたので、その時に確認していただきたかったし、予約の際にお知らせがあるべきだと思います。予約はかなり早い時期にしておりました。洋食の味は普通。ですが、スタッフさんの気配り、対応が非常に良**れに満足致しました。
また是非宿泊したいです。朝食の選択の確認宜しくお願い致します。

酒店距離車站不太遠，順着海邊看景溜達，順着鎌倉海濱公園就可以抵達酒店。房間還算寬敞，窗户斜着可以看到海，圖片就是窗外的烏鴉。房間內基礎生活用品都很便捷。就是洗澡用的蓬頭是小噴頭，水壓不算太給力。

【設施】
略顯陳舊，體現了199X～2010的精緻型酒店特色。可以照顧到從十八到八十歲的住客。USB或TypeC充電口不足。
【衞生】
很贊。連住2晚，能明顯感覺到每天的打掃房間是很用心的。
【環境】
幾乎所有房間都可以看到相模灣大海。唯一的缺點是，距離江之島長谷車站有10分鐘步行距離，帶大件行李入住退房的建議讓前台叫出租車，單程往鎌倉車站1400車費+300調度費。
【服務】
非常好！到酒店入住有迎賓，細緻交代入住須知，退房送上出租車並鞠躬送別。2天早餐的和食重合率大概50%，食材豐富，量恰到好處。
