チェックイン時間の前に荷物が置けるとのことで、事前に時間を伝えて予約しておいたのにもかかわらず、時間になっても解錠方法の連絡がなく部屋に入れない状況でした。また、宿泊者の情報提供を事前にしていたのにも拘らず「お客様情報を送らないと解錠の情報は送れない」と言われ、わざわざ問い合わせをして、連絡した旨を説明して解錠方法を教えて頂きました。また、チェックイン時間も事前に連絡しておいたのですが、結局解錠方法がメールできたのは、その時間よりもかなり後でした。チェックイン時間や荷物を事前に置く希望を聞かれたのは、何の意味があったのか謎でした。スタッフの連携や対応に課題があると思いました。
アパートですので、上の階の足音は響きます。隣の部屋の方の咳やくしゃみも、はっきり聞こえましたので、ゆっくりされたい方や音が気になる方には不向きかなと思いました。隣の部屋と繋げられる扉の造りになっているので、それも原因かもしれません。一通りの備品や設備は備わっていて、キレイなお部屋でしたが、対応面において厳しい部分があり、せっかくの旅行でしたが残念でした。

ロケーションもよく周辺は風情がある。ただし、夏期は道路が混むため旅行者の自動車でのアクセスには注意が必要です。室内はきれいですが大人4人では窮屈か。管理会社の方が親切に4人では狭いと事前に案内ありましたが納得して宿泊しました。お子さん含めての4人の宿泊なら問題ないかと思います。
