The location of the hotel is excellent — just a few minutes’ walk from the train station and bus stops, with plenty of shopping and dining options nearby. The staff were very friendly throughout check-in, our stay, and checkout. One thing that truly made us feel taken care of was the luggage service: we arrived too early to check in and left our bags with the front desk, and when we returned later, our luggage had already been placed in our room. It was such a thoughtful touch, especially after a long day of traveling, and it really made a difference in our experience.
We genuinely enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back the next time we visit Kamakura!

酒店房間很大，床也算大，訂的雙床房，都是1.4米的，十分乾淨，日式風格，出門過馬路就是小酊通，十分方便。就是早餐不是很適合我們的口味，酒店對面有葯粧店和超市

去年來鎌倉就是住的Hotel Metropolitan Kamakura，酒店位置優越，交通便利，走幾步就是鎌倉站，酒店周邊美食雲集，路對面就是小町通，各自美食應有盡有！

酒店地理位置很好，鎌倉站東出口，一定要東出口，步行150米就到，酒店類似中國的全季酒店，乾淨，房間大小也與全季類似，早餐不錯，營養保準，隔壁的HH非常好

超級滿意的鎌倉酒店預訂，當時在兩家中間猶豫，因為帶着孩子，所以選擇了交通比較便利的這家。大堂的風格搭配中庭的綠植，非常的平靜（落ち着く）。房間的空間也很大，很乾凈，尤其是洗手間這部分，乾濕分離，還有一個化粧鏡，真的非常喜歡。
旁邊就有便利店，對面有一家葯粧店，本身就有咖啡廳，對面走不遠就有一家米其林拉麪店，還有很好吃的天婦羅店。越評價越想再去一次。

酒店設計很棒， 位置也贊， 出門就是八幡宮的段葛，還有本覺寺， 對門就是超市， 在走兩步就是JR， Muji餐廳的早餐也還行。 是一次很好的入住體驗，下次去鎌倉還會再入住。
