This is my second visit to Kamakura. Last time I didn't stay overnight, but this time I decided to spend a night and enjoy Yuigahama Beach. I chose this hotel with a hot spring, located near JR Kamakura Station, about a 7-8 minute walk. From the west exit of Kamakura Station, just head towards Onto-machi. I booked a deluxe twin room. Japanese hotels generally aren't very spacious, but this room was big enough to lay out two large suitcases flat, and with the twin beds pushed together, it was perfectly fine for two adults and two small children. The hot spring is on the first floor; though not huge, it's perfectly adequate. For women, disposable skincare products are provided, but there are no other skincare products inside the hot spring area itself. You can also choose a comfortable pillow from a selection.

The sheets and duvet covers felt a bit damp, but the room itself was spacious and very clean. It's super close to Kamakura Station, only a 3-minute walk, which is really convenient for getting around. Komachi-dori, right next to the station, has a fantastic variety of restaurants. I tried the conveyor belt sushi and Kyoto Katsugyu fried beef cutlet, both of which were delicious.

The ground floor had a musty smell, but the room itself was quite clean! The location was convenient too, though the price was a bit on the high side. The Wi-Fi was really slow, which was inconvenient!

It is located in small road and by 4pm you cannot drive on that road so best to check in 3pm. The hotel has parking lots chargeable 1,900 yen per entry till next day 1pm. I didnt use the car once parked and mostly walk around komachi street it is like 8 mins walk. So i am unsure if it allows multiple entries of the car park. Check in smooth, 3pm dropped off bags in room. Went exploring. It has coffee machine to use and public onsen. Similar to onyado but this does not have the ice creams or ramen. But as after heavy walking day, dipping in hot pool and relax is awesome. I stayed in double bunk bed and space was huge. Had a bath tub in shower and separate toilet bowl to allow diff ppl using for diff purpose for getting ready. That day early june typhoon was incoming so it was a rainy day. Was able to borrow an umbrella as car parking lot is about 5 mins walk. Also coffee machine is free to use, grab a coffee before leaving dor the day exploring Kamakura. Overall, really nice place to stay and near the station for those not driving.

First time in Kamakura, and this room was an incredible value for four friends! The hotel has a fantastic design, blending old and modern styles with a touch of European flair. The service was wonderfully warm, and the location couldn't be better – right near the train station and on a charming little street!
