酒店不在遊客主要活動的區域，附近沒有很多餐廳或者購物的地方，需要轉乘公共交通。但是酒店離地鐵口非常的近，很方便出行。

房間比較大，裝修很新，沒發現評論裏説的異味。是此行最滿意的一家酒店，關鍵是600多團的房券超值，另外3歲小童也沒有另外收費。分配的房間對着小街，很安靜，光線也好。到御苑很近，吃飯什麼的也方便。一樓有膠囊咖啡，微波爐，自取護膚小樣，小童可以領取洗漱包。

每次到京都都會選擇的酒店，遠離鬧市區，交通又便利，樓下有不錯的餐廳和咖啡，房間夠大夠新，工作人員英文OK，還能APP監控洗衣機的使用狀況。

일본 다른 호텔들보다 화장실이 넓은편이고 욕조도 있어서 좋았습니다. 로비도 넓고 커피머신도 2대 있어서 아무때나 이용 가능했구요. 그런데 다른호텔들과 달리 체크인도 3시전에는 절대 안해주고 1시간만 늦게 체크아웃해도 2천엔을 내야한다고 해서 당황스럽더라구요. 다른 하얏트체인 많이 가봤지만 교토는 서비스면에서 아쉽네요.
