酒店有點老了，服務還不錯，附近景點還有纜車可以坐，還有花火大會。適合包車或者自駕，周圍還有一些温泉酒店，都很不錯

酒店設施比較老，衞生一般，不過層雲峽景色真的不錯，去的時候大雪，粉雪撒歡玩一下午回酒店泡温泉還是不錯的，自助餐種類還行吧，冰瀑祭就是小型冰雕公園，可以租輪胎滑冰

層雲峡のロープウェイからも近くて温泉地の中でも高い位置にあり景色も良かったです。

位置還可以，但明顯是屬於被淘汰行列的老式酒店，温泉浴體驗之差簡直慘不忍睹，相對於售價，性價比太低，餐食也很不講究，公共空間也很差，道東行程最差酒店！

日本一早い紅葉を見に行き泊まりました。
お風呂が良かったです。180°パノラマで石狩川、黒岳の景色を一望できます。デザートのソフトクリームも美味しかったです。
