The buffet is a good spot, but it's much better than the Sounkyo Tourist Hotel next door. Everything else is fine.

I used the shuttle bus, but unfortunately it was difficult to find the meeting place for the bus going there. It would be helpful if the driver could give you clear directions after arriving. There was no problem with the return journey. The other services were good and I felt comfortable using them.
The food was very delicious (I was especially happy with the seafood), but some menu items ran out quickly.
I went there for the Icefall Festival, but the location was a bit far for me to walk with a small child.

The facilities are old and not in line with the price. The buffet is pretty good. If you are not skiing and just sightseeing, I recommend staying in Asahikawa City. It is cost-effective and more convenient.
